Good Points: Normally have no problems getting a line for international calls.

Bad Points: So Far I have been unable to contact an actual person in the office. Messages and e-mails are yet to be returned. There is someone in their call center but she can't do anything except tell you to e-mail her boss who I am waiting a reply from.

General comments: I had a problem with my credit card being declined BUT being charged and receiving no minutes for the charge. The credit card company finally credited my account. It was difficult to reach a live person in the office or get them to call back. I cannot recommend them because of this.
