OnFitness magazine directs advertising and some articles to professional trainers. However, the articles are written by professional trainers and bodybuilders, physicians, and fitness gurus. The articles tend to be shorter, easier to digest in those often quick intervals we have to read. Food content, diets for a variety of purposes, general health and fitness articles, organic foods, and some fitness philosophy are prevalent in the content. A GOOD READ!!
