Very happy with the service given by the Aylesbury branch. Was happy to spend time with us but also was not pushy. Delivery was good with a telephone call in the morning to say how far away they were. Old mattress taken away and new bed and mattress installed. Unfortunately I have picked the wrong mattress and this is now being replaced under the 100 day guarantee. The online chat for this was very slow so after being pn for 20 mins or so I telephoned but again it took a long time to get through to customer service. Once through it was dealt with reasonably quick.

I purchased a overnight guest bed in July 2014. The level of customer service I received was professional, courteous and informative. I was able to make an informed decision on the product I was buying. I was happy with the mattress quality and thought was a reasonable price for two mattresses at the then sale price. However, I felt the base of the bed was fairly study but basic - let's wait and see how durable!

Not everything goes smoothly first time around, and whilst the staff we dealt with were helpful, polite, friendly and professional, an error was made when it came to making use of the "comfort gurantee". We were advised that a particular mattress was not available in comfort level 5, but that level 4 would soften up after a month or so. When the mattress proved too firm, a telephone call to the customer service line, and a follow-up email explaining the detail of our situation resulted in a quick, polite and helpful reply, and the promise that the correct mattress will be delivered in a couple of weeks time. The mark of a good company is how it deals with those occasions when things go wrong, and in my case, I can only say that I have been very impressed so far.

I ordered my new mattress on-line and was really pleased with the service provided, I was given a choice of delivery dates straight away and was then kept informed by text message to remind me of the date.I was told which company would deliver and was given a 3 hour time slot. On the day the driver called 20mins before drop off and couldn't have been more polite or helpful, and the clover mattress is super comfy,hopefully since there's a 10 year guarantee it will stay that way!

We chose what we considered an expensive bed , the Durham, but within days we noticed a distinct sagging of the mattress. We complained and expert came to inspect. Deciding it was a genuine complaint he ordered a replacement. This too after a very short time began to show wear and after another telephone call to customer services we had yet another visit from the experts who again agreed the mattress was faulty and arranged for us to choose another Mattress of our choice to the value of approximately £1400.00.This we have done choosing a Slumberland. We have now had this bed for approximately two months and it is showing no signs of wear or sagging and happily are sleeping comfortably. Thank you Dreams for good understanding service with politeness and no hassle.

I ordered a Guest Bed online this month. The price & delivery date I was quoted were both fulfilled. I was particularly pleased with the delivery service. I was updated by email.regarding the order and proposed available delivery slots. pThe guys phoned me on the morning to notify me they were on their way & expected to arrive by 12.30. They actually drove up to the door at 12.05, unpacked the bed, including the truckle bed, then kindly fixed my own headboard to the main bed. Both guys were professional, polite and helpful. The bed itself is basic, but is good value for money. I would shop with Dreams again. Mrs A Hodgson, Carlisle, Cumbria.

At Dreams in Weston-super-Mare, my fiance, myself and mum were helped by a super shop assistant and also the manager. We were impressed with how they both let us take time to make our own choices (when looking for a bed) but then they offered useful and helpful advice when we were ready. I bought a display bed in the sale, which was delivered on time and before it had arrived, I received excellent communication regarding this delivery from both the delivery company and Dreams. Although the bedroom furniture arrived weeks' earlier than expected, and came the following Monday (having been notified by Dreams Customer Services and the delivery company) one item, unfortunately, was missing. However, the delivery men were extremely helpful and immediately notified their delivery company of the missing item. Afterwards, I contacted Customer Services via email and Dreams (at Weston super Mare) and the Tallboy arrived just two days later! I am delighted with the furniture and the service from all those involved and would like to thank them for making the effort to resolve the little problem of the missing Tallboy, especially when trying to cope with the sudden intense heat that we have all been experiencing these past two weeks! Well done Dreams and well done to the delivery boys and company! I would recommend them. By the way, I have slept beautifully in the new bed! Thank you!

I recently had to buy a bed for my Aunt, who had been seriously ill in hospital. Because of her illness, she could not choose the bed herself and it was at very short notice before she went into sheltered accommodation. The staff at Dreams, Crewe, could not have been more helpful with my plight. They spent time finding me the most appropriate bed which could be delivered in time. The bed arrived, when stated, but was not suitable for my Aunt. Following a further visit to the store the staff gave me more of their time to find a something more comfortable. When contacting Customer Services they listened and acted most promptly. The situation has been swiftly dealt with and my Aunt is now very happy with her comfortable bed. Firstly l must say that over all we are happy with the bedroom furniture that we brought from Dreams. From the start the sales team in the store were very helpful took their time in dealing with our large order for two bedrooms, in fact they went past the stores closing time to process the order. The order was dealt with in two parts and the first part was delivered in good time, but there were four chest drawer handles missing and when the second part arrived some time later there were three handles missing for the wardrobe.. We contacted the number given for this sort of problem and were told we would have them in 48 hours, this time past and no handles, we contacted them again in fact fours time to be told the same, more then a week past still no handles. I decided to take the matter in my own hands as it became frustrating over the phone to make it understood what it was we needed. l hunted out the e mail address of the managing director of Dreams and e mailed him my problem on a friday, come monday l received a number of e mails from management of differing levels and departments all being apologetic with the aim in sorting my problem and 10 out of 10 for sorting it, within the week l had my handles delivered. As we said over all very happy and thank you for dealing with this promptly..

Haven't got a huge amount to say about my Dreams experience, but I paid a reasonable price for a comfortable bed that is still going strong a few years down the line. It looks as if I was lucky to not encounter many problems, it seems everybody else had a hellish time. Although I will say that most people only write reviews out of extreme emotion, so don't read a huge amount into the stats.

We bought an omega mattress fome Dreams late last year. we bought online and although we had to wait a little longer than we would of liked, it was worth the wait. The mattress was brilliant so comfortable fitted great, delivery on time. would reccommed to anyone, stress free for us, no problems whatsoever

Our experience with Dreams, so far, is that we could not have been looked after better. We went to a smaller store, Castlefields Wellingborough. and the personal service by Manager and staff has been " second to none". We initially bought an Octaspring Mattress but my wife found the mattress too hot. After talking to the Manager, he said we could change to a different interior sprung mattress and that would not be a problem. We could not find another interior sprung mattress in the Wellingborough store, so the Manager took my wife to the larger store in Kettering in his own car, how kind was that! The manager at the Kettering store was also very obliging and took a lot of time sorting out an interior sprung mattress to suit requirements. Both the Manager at Wellingborough and Kettering have both gone to a lot of trouble to ensure that we had the right bed. The delivery men were also helpful, moreso on the first delivery as they even helped to vacuum the carpet when the old bed was removed. What service is that!

We took the 10 year guareentee when we purchased our bed in 2010. (we highly recmomend). The mattress did not suit my back and had cause for me to seek medical advice, in which i was told by my consultant i would need to get a orthopaedic mattress and one much firmer than what i had. So I called Dreams customer services and explained. The lady named [name removed] who dealt with the exchange of my mattress liased with me by email throughout and although we never actually got to speak its the first time i can honestly say when i have tried to exchange somthing i felt like somebody actually believed what i was saying and not thinking i was trying to get something free or new which is how alot of retailers make you feel. [name removed] is a asset to Dreams and I will definetly be recommending your company because of the quick and efficient service produced. Its a shame more companies cannot follow with these steps. I have keyed in my value for money on the basis of trying the bed in store. My new mattress is being delivered next week and i can't wait to try it out a whole night!

i saw the bed on line a fell in love with the venice bedstead, went to order on line andit wrongly priced so sent email and was contacted next day and ordered over the phone and they honered the reduced banner price and paid for it to be built, had a call to book delivey the next day sorted i thought, bed was delivered but not built no paper work left with me at all! bed delivered and i had to try to build it got annoyed as it needed 3 people to do it! built bed and sorted but little bit of damage as just ok made not fantastic. sorted out refund of the building the bed charge at last but i had to do the running around getting information to get my money back after all i am please but annoyed

We ordered our TV bed and mattress at the beginning of January 2013 and agreed a delivcery date of 11 February. Delivery day came and delivery company contacted me in the morning to advise of delivery time. They arrived on time and it took them approx 1 hour to build the bed. We are really happy with the bed and mattress, however the delivery men were arrogant and very rude. I think Dreams need to get their act together and use a different delivery company as I for one wont use Dreams again just incase I get the same delivery men.

The bed i got was for my back. The serport was the best as i hurt my back in a car crash so i get a good sleep evry night. I would recommend it to anyone with a bad back.

Hi, i took delivery of our new mattress on monday 28 January 2013. So far we are very pleased with the mattress and am waiting delivery of future furniture. I just wanted to pass on my thanks to the super guys who delivered it. They rang me as agreed to say they would be a little delayed which was no problem as i was in all day. When they arrived they said that they had helped an old lady setting her order up and that had delayed them slightly. It was not down on their list to build her chest of draws but they did it out of respect and courtesy to her. I doubt that at her age she would bother contacting you to say thanks to the guys and so i thought that i would as good, hardworking people dont seem to get a mention these days for kindness. They were lovely guys, polite and respectful and i would like you to pass my thanks on to them for providing such great service. many thanks again

Excellent service from the customer support team - I sent one email describing how the drawer runners in my new bed had become bent and buckled making it impossible to open or close the drawers, and a few days later a set of replacement runners arrived in the post. Then when I needed another set for the other side a couple of weeks later it was no problem.
