My girlfriend and I ordered a bed and mattress from dreams. Scheduled a delivery time and everything was fine. It comes to delivery day and i take the day of work. Upon arriving at my home the delivery drivers don't even bother to attempt bringing the bed inside. They came in to have a look and claimed there was no chance of the bed fitting upstairs. Ordered a bed and mattress order didn't go through was adviced to order again stupidly did so, only for moneis x 2 to be taken out of my account then told order was denied, this turned out to be due to Barclays Bank ,they had not changed my address as instructed) however dreams are keeping my funds pending for 5 days! “Avoid like the plague!”

Absolutely the worst retailer I have ever dealt with and moving in the lines of the illegal. I was mis-sold a very expensive Tempur "comfort" pillow at the Finchley Central store. This pillow not only did not shape to the shape of my neck and was uncomfortable but gave me very bad neck, arm and chest pain. This is a DANGEROUS product. I ordered my bed and headboard at the end of jan was given a delivery date of the 14th march that was ok, my wife took the 14th off work was told the bed would be deliver between 2 oclock and 7 oclock. First I ordered to bed online half price from £2000 so bargain £1000 goo start . Received message saying delivery date and will call day before or on the day giving the time which was fine as I was off work . Then came put bed together showed me how to work it all looked good worked fine good quality so I'm happy with the product . I bought this matress 2 years ago and paid over £1000, my heaven I wish I had read the reviews before purchase! Our matress has developed two deep dips and has become very unfomfortable like other customers I have a back problem. Ordered a complete Cambridge bedroom set for my 11 year old daughter in July 2015. Jade logistics, the warehousing company managed to fulfill another order with the stock allocated for us so we had to wait for more stock to arrive in the UK. Spoke to Customer Services. A year ago I went into Dreams, Croydon and this parasitic sales guy followed me around and I wish I had just stood my ground and told him to back off and leave me alone to make a choice on my own. “warranty clame”

Bought a mattress from dreams and after three years the matters was unable to be slept on gave myself and my wife back pain. So we contacted them to claim under warranty. The sent out an inspector to check the bed. It took a number of weeks and chasing dreams and contacting silent night to eventually get the report findings. No surprise no manufacturing fault. Even when their were 2 depressions 30mm deep on the bed and the memory foment was only 20mm thick. The warranty is not worth the paper… Read Full Review

ordered a bed back in July 2015, it arrived 3 days later than expected and was broke. Drawers wouldn't open and the runners on the corners of the bed weren't attached. Customer services were absolutely awful when I called to complain and I got the corners for the bed through the post!!!! a week after this, a man arrived at my door to fit the 'new drawers' - armed with no new drawers. We bought some Jade flat pack bedroom furniture from a local Dreams store in July. We were contacted by Jade who wanted to deliver to us in the last week of July when we were on holiday. My pensioner parents have had an expensive and highly stressful experience whereby the purchased an ex display bed, which delivery drivers claimed would not fit into a particular room in their bungalow.
