I selected a Westland D Matress which was not available to view in the Salisbury Dreams store, but I was shown an alternative product which was supposed to a close match. After waiting nearly 3 weeks for delivery the mattress delivered was much firmer that the one in store. I then visited the Salisbury store and arranged a ""Comfort Replacement" and agreed in writing the replacement would be delivered free of charge as the product description was wrong. “Never shop at dreams bedding ”

I would rather jump into a pit of venomous snakes than shop ever again at dreams bedding. Established as a leading UK bedding brand, on delivery of my bed they refused to collect the divan, only mattress. I had requested sales team to remove both units. Customer service and aftercare was lacking from Hayes branch. Only interested in sales. Caused me considerable grief and I paid in the thousands. Just to say if you are thinking of getting a new bed/mattress etc don't use Dreams. Bought mattress (not a cheap one) in June. Felt uncomfortable hard and lumpy so went for their 40 night exchange and paid all the extra. They refused to exchange when the delivery came in August as they said there was paint on the mattress which was impossible from when it was at mine. Bed ordered online with stated delivery time of 6 weeks. Received a phone call 6 weeks later from a member of staff stating they had told to phone me as our bed had been damaged in transit and there episode be a further 6 week wait. the original sofa bed ordered came and your team was unable to get it up the stairs , had to re-order a flat pack one, told by your customer service team (ha ha) that there would be no refund as the flat pack was cheaper, after arguing with your representative we got some vouchers but not for the full amount. At no time did any one in your store explain that if they could not get the item up stairs that we would have trouble changing it. ( no money refund)… Read Full Review

The service we received couldn't have been better when we placed the order - unsurprising really given that we spent over £2,000. This all changed when it came to delivery. There is no flexibility whatsoever with the actual time of delivery and Dreams will not tell you what time you can expect them either. I was called 2 days before the delivery of a bed frame, a rude agent announce that my delivery is cancelled and can be re-arranged for a date after mid October, which is 4 weeks away! Crikey, if we'd seen these reviews prior to buying a new bed, we wouldn't have gone near Dreams - which would have been a shame, as we have received excellent service. We visited the Dreams showroom at Team Valley Gateshead on August 12th. We were greeted by polite, friendly informative staff who were never at any time pushy - we would have walked if they were! My girlfriend and I ordered a bed and mattress from dreams. Scheduled a delivery time and everything was fine. It comes to delivery day and i take the day of work. Upon arriving at my home the delivery drivers don't even bother to attempt bringing the bed inside. They came in to have a look and claimed there was no chance of the bed fitting upstairs. Ordered a bed and mattress order didn't go through was adviced to order again stupidly did so, only for moneis x 2 to be taken out of my account then told order was denied, this turned out to be due to Barclays Bank ,they had not changed my address as instructed) however dreams are keeping my funds pending for 5 days! “Avoid like the plague!”

Absolutely the worst retailer I have ever dealt with and moving in the lines of the illegal. I was mis-sold a very expensive Tempur "comfort" pillow at the Finchley Central store. This pillow not only did not shape to the shape of my neck and was uncomfortable but gave me very bad neck, arm and chest pain. This is a DANGEROUS product. I ordered my bed and headboard at the end of jan was given a delivery date of the 14th march that was ok, my wife took the 14th off work was told the bed would be deliver between 2 oclock and 7 oclock. First I ordered to bed online half price from £2000 so bargain £1000 goo start . Received message saying delivery date and will call day before or on the day giving the time which was fine as I was off work . Then came put bed together showed me how to work it all looked good worked fine good quality so I'm happy with the product .
