    Good Points: brilliant customer care, fast and efficent, first time buyer and will definitely buy again from them. :)

    Bad Points: couldnt give time slots in advance like day before. but wasnt a issue.

    General comments: not sure about the rest but i got my hampshire cabin sleeper right how i requested :)

    We ordered an 'in stock' bed on 27th Nov 2007 and delivery was arranged for 8th Dec 2007. WE were called two days before to say the mattress was out of stock and we would be contacted asap for a new delivery date. We heard nothing so after failing tpo get through to Dreams call centre I emailed their delivery team to ask what was going on.     I took my 80 year old mother to the local Dreams store for a new mattress. Was told delivery would take place 2 days later. We were given FREE delivery and FREE disposal of the old mattress... Unbelievable!! It was, as 2 days later - no mattress. We called the shop to be told that there had been a mix up, and the sales person had put the day of sale as the date of delivery.     After visiting one of their stores, I purchased a Bed and Mattress for £750, and I arranged for delivery two weeks later. The day before delivery, their delivery depot called to say that they had run out of stock, as they had given our goods ordered to customers who had ordered AFTER us! I immediately requested a refund from Dreams PLC and cancellation of the goods, giving two weeks notice as required.     I had my delivery slot cancelled 3 times at short notice. I am still waiting for a refund from Dreams Plc. Everyone I have spoken to at Dreams was dismissive.

    I ordered a bed from Dreams PLC this Saturday and it arrived on Wednesday after the bank holiday, which was earlier than the time they had said. Great! Thanks a lot Dreams. I can finally get a good nights sleep!

    I ordered a bed from Dreams on Tottenham Court Road at the end of October 2005. Was told it was definitely in stock and no problem getting it delivered Saturday 12th November. But, the day before delivery their warehouse rang me to say they had none in stock. Although the store I bought from tried and were apologetic, polite and courteous, they were of no real help.     On the 7th of August I purchased a bed from Dreams PLC in Sheldon, which I was told was in stock and would arrive on the 15th of August. On the 15th of August they called to advise me that the bed was out of stock. This resulted in me taking a days holiday to receive the delivery, which was wasted.     The choice of beds at Dreams was amazing, along with the expert advice. Delivery was three days later! Couldn't be better! Recommended.

    I bought a bed from Dreams PLC in November 2004. On September 10th 2005 the bed frame broke. I went to the Epsom store where I bought the bed, and they were extremely unhelpful. I contacted the head office who promised to call me back several times but never did. I am still waiting for the bed to be fixed. if I have to, I will take legal proceedings against the store.

    I ordered a bed on the 11 June from Dreams PLC. When it arrived late it was incomplete when the rest of it arrived the fixing kit was missing after 7 weeks of phone calls and faxes being ignored I finally recieved a fixing kit but when I went to assemble the bed I discovered there was more missing than I thought.     I wish I had read the other reviews of Dreams plc before I ordered my bed. I could write a book on the problems I've had, but suffice it to say, I was told I would take delivery of my bed within 2-4 weeks of placing my order. Here I am 7 weeks later, and I still have no bed. I have given up phoning to chase. Every time I phone, they promise to phone back, but never do. The Customer Service number just rings and rings with no answer. To cap it all, the letter I sent by Recorded Delivery ...

    I bought some beds from Dreams Plc before I moved into a new place, so they would be ready when I moved in. A month later, they promised to deliver 3-4 days later when I moved into the new house. They did not deliver, but promised several times. I cancelled the order. Now, one month ago I have not received my payment of £922 - back.     I bought a bed from Dreams PLC in Bromley in December 2003 and now, April 2005, we are still waiting for the bed. I have called the store in Bromley several and each time I was told that they would call me back to let me know what was happening with the bed, but we never got a call back.     My thought on Dreams Plc are mentioned above. Here's the summary; 1. 2.5 month delay on delicery 2. Damage on arrival 3. No call backs when promised 4. Refusal to refund after 3 months 5. No replies to emails!!!
