Good Points: The software is easy to use and they accept PayPal.

Bad Points: Rubbish product with an even worse customer service and back up.

General comments: I've used a few services like this - some good, some not so good. But Pixum were by far the worst of the lot - in every respect.

When the two booklets arrived, some of the pix whicxh should have been printer portrait were printed landscape, and vice versa. Where this had happened, half the pic was blocked black.

To make matters worse, two polite emails to the company eliicted no response. None.

What amazing service! My photos arrived this morning & I'm delighted with the results from Pixum. The 40 4x6 images are scanned old & degraded photos & slides that required many hours of work to restore. I can't believe how good they look!

Bad quality checks. Bad customer service. Fortunately Pixum is not alone in the market. Pixum shipped me pictures of other customers by mistake. And I do not know where my pictures ended up. Then they did not want to credit my account for the refund.

Ordered 534 photos for under £10 and that included postage!

Came very quickly - really impressed. Would use again!

Photo quality is good and the price is the best around for 4x6.
