I found the site very easy to use (although I had to log in before I could do anything).

I printed a calendar and this was by far the easiest site to do so that I have tried.

I ordered a photo mug for a Birthday present, but the order never arrived. I chased them three times, and in the end, I had to get the credit card company to refund me, as First4Fotos stopped replying to my emails.

After ordering 352 prints through the rather clunky First4Fotos website (which contains redirects that my browser flagged as security errors), half of the order was missing. Three emails and a week later, I was promised a full reprint and a full refund. Again, the order was half missing, and the refund only two thirds complete. Nine emails later, I am still without completed order or completed refund, and First4Fotos are showing no sign of helping.

I ordered several mugs and photo's from First4Fotos. Both arrived quickly. The quality of the photo's was excellent. I really do think this is the best of all the online printing web sites.

I placed an order with First4Fotos to get my wedding photos developed and sent to me. I placed the order at the beginning of January without problems and paid via Paypal. I waited a few weeks and had heard nothing.

I contacted their "support" and got no response apart from a canned "We will look into it". Finally, 4 weeks late, my prints turned up and the quality was awful. Colour balances were wrong, and it just looked terrible. Taking the trouble, I had I ask for a refund and they just sai ...

I placed my order without problems and they arrived the next day. The quality of the pictures was excellent. Very Happy, Keep it up First4Fotos.
