Good Points: Flexibility and options of photo book. Helpline.
Bad Points: None.
General comments: Tried the photo book after reading 'Which' report where it got top rating .The flexibility and options are very good.From downloads,to layouts, to editing.I am surprised at the mixed responses on here.I found it first class, like 'Which'.

I have been waiting for my photo order from SnapFish for more than 2 weeks now and my account information still lists the expected delivery date as 11 days ago! I have been in contact with customer services and got a very impersonal reply saying 'we are sorry if we have disappointed you in some way'.... ERR DUH! they have had a 'technical problem' and that they are 'working night and day to fix the problem'. I then wrote back to ask if they can tell me when I can expect the order. To be hone ...

Will try again as price is fair. At last got to speak to manager, who seemed apologetic and explained the problems encluntered with Jessops, who did their printing. Now broken away and procressing in house. Quality of inhouse seemed better than Jessops. I will try them once more but if they mess about again I will never use again. Peter please take note if you read this!

Helpful customer service from SnapFish, they even phoned my local Jessops and arranged for my photo's to be delivered to me. Jessops said they was not there when i went in the shop to collect them, but I think they must have been.
Overall, great service, they looked after me.

Ordered 26 prints of differing sizes. Three envelopes arrived, one had one print, one had five and one had six. The 8 * 6 and 12 * 8 still outstanding. A call today met with an apology and promise to reprocess and" should get by monday". We shall see. Any further delay will mean I never use them again.

Ordered from SnapFish on 30 June 2008. Today 11 July 2008 - still receiving the message online In process. An e-mail in reply to my complaint (1 e-mail and a second chaser after 24 hours) says they have a technical. A technical what? It says their engineers have been working night and day to fix it. (Does this mean that they have one machine just like my local Tesco?). 12 days to fix a machine?? They still appear to be taking orders and offering special deals. What's up? Used Snapfish a few times and had no problems but when they recently developed me a set of about 60 photos they were all really dark and underexposed and blurry. I checked the photos I'd uploaded and they were fine. I wouldn't recommend Snapfish.

I had only used similar online photo printing in the past (Kodak, Photobox, BonusPrint and so on) the service was very poor. However with Snapfish, i got all my orders before Christmas. We really love the quality of those photo books which way better than the rest. Highly recommended.

I mailed in a roll of film to Snapfish several weeks ago, and I have yet to receive anything. I also paid for a new roll of film.

I ordered prints on-line, taking advantage of the SnapFish offer to pick them up from my local Jessops. Although I had received an email informing the prints were ready for collection, my local Jessops informed me that they had not arrived, and they were experiencing a number of problems with SnapFish. I have been using these guys for about a year. Most of my orders are here within 2 days and one order came the next day. However, my last order was very big and had a lot of mixed sizes and this took about 5 days to arrive. The photos are great and the choice of sizes are fab. The only thing I would change is the cropping tool as it only lets you crop some bits and not move around the photo. I would like to see more frames and tools as well. I have tried other sites but the upload was a nightmar ...

I took up a SnapFish online photo processing introductory offer (so many prints for free, only delivery charge of £0.99). I ordered prints on the 18th October 2005. Within 24 hours, the money was taken from my credit card. After 10 days, they still had not turned up.
I sent an email confirming details, no reply. I phoned and was promised that somebody would phone me back - they never did. I phoned again - they said the prints would be with me within 2 days. Five days later... Still no ...

I uploaded my photos to SnapFish online photo processors. I ordered and paid for my prints. The next day the prints turned up. You can't beat these guys for speed. The quality is not bad, but I haven't used any other online printers to fairly judge the quality of the prints.
They don't appear to correct exposure of your photos, which is a good thing for me.

These guys are by far the most professional providers. I had over 500 wedding photos to get developed so I ran tests on all of the services to see who had the best quality and delivery. Snapfish one outright...try it yourself if you don't believe me.
I was also able to get the prints at cheaper than the advertised price which is a refreshing change to being offered rates of 4p a print only to find out I need to by about 10,000 of them for that!
Use them... you won't be disappointed!
