I thought the site was really easy to use, being able to swop backgrounds, photos around easily. My photos uploaded really quickly which worried me a little as they did not look the best quality once I had put into the Photobook. I spent hours creating my book and was then worried when I read some of the reviews but decided to go ahead. My book came within a week and I am extremely pleased with it. The picture quality is really good and as it is a gift I think the person receiving it is going to be really happy with it. Before I purchased I would like to have known the quality of the prints in the photobook but was unable to get this information.

I ordered 2 photobooks and a photo mug during the recent 50% off promotion at SnapFish. The all produts arrived within 4-7 wroking days and were of good quality. The photoboks were of a particulary high standard, with the picture quality and binding. The price was very reasonable and I would higyl recomend them. The picture quality on the mug is not crystal clear but then they are printing on to a mug, and my husband (for whom the mug was a gift) was delighted with it. I would highly reccome ...

Photobook ordered through snapfish was very poor quality, pictures grainy even though original images of good quality. Some imeages cropped at page edges so that images were no longer centralised as appeared on the screen preview. VERY poor. Customer service following any issue is appalling.

Snapfish is such a great site to use, shame the quality just does not live up to it. Tried other sites and although their quality is better their sites keep freezing when uploading...Easy to use site, quick uploading, very speedy delivery. Photo quality is quite poor, everything has a pink hue to it

My first order - expected it to be of the same high quality as the other online order I'd placed with Photobox (which was great). Thought I'd give Snapfish a try as they had a good discount for the first order. Very disappointed as when the photos arrived all the photos featuring an expanse of sky or plain walls in them were streaked with pink and blue vertical lines (they were taken with two mobile phones and one decent camera, so it wasn't the photo media at fault). Also disappointed that t ...

I ordered customised photo calendars from Snapfish to give relatives for Christmas. I chose Snapfish as they are a subsidiary of HP so I was expected a high quality end product that would match the high price ( £20 per calendar). The product arrived quickly and on first inspection seemed to be fine. However, looking at the product closely the quality was very poor. The photographs (taken with a professional standard 12MP digital SLR) looked to be poorly reproduced, lacking the colour and d ...

If you ordered anything in the last couple of months and it was slow getting to you, it may be because of Oprah's free photo book giveaway through Snapfish. I was told on the site that it would take about 3 weeks. It did. I was ok with this because I know they had lots of Oprah viewer orders. I got my photobook just before leaving for Christmas vacation and love, love. love it! Every page looks great! I had signed up for Snapfish but had not ordered anything. Now, I can't wait to have tons of pi ...

I was so excited when I ordered photocards from them with my newborn baby's pictures. I ordered cards on 3rd December and they processed on 2nd January. Today is 6th January and I still don't have the cards. I can't use them anyway cos my baby will be so different next year. I had to buy and send ordinary Xmas cards just two days before Christmas because they couldn't even let me know when they'd be processed. They sent an e-mail on 10 Dec saying they'd process my order in a few days with plenty ...

My order was placed on the 2nd December for delivery by Christmas. Part of the order never arrived. Two weeks of emails with customer service did not solve the problem. A call to customer service eventually revealed that the pictures were 'corrupted' (they seemed to be ok in the online preview on the website....). Eventually I had to cancel the order. My money was refunded - but not the delivery charge for the items that weren't delivered leaving me out of pocket.I would never use snapfish again ...

I've had all my pics processed by Snapfish, using the website which is 'dummy' friendly. It's great you can see how they will come out by using a preview. My family loved all their pressies which turned up (surprisingly) well in time for crimbo. One of my mugs was smashed but i rung them and they sent me another within a week.I aint had a bad experience with them so can't comment on any bad points. Deffo will be using them again all the year.

I ordered 6 photobooks from Snapfish on 11th dec ( which guaranteed delivery by 20th ) as these are christmas presents.
These didn't arrive. I called chasing on 23rd of Dec and was told they told me my order was not processed. I then requested a manager call me back with a reason and a solution. I did not receive a call.
I had to call their 0870 number each time and as we were on a family day out i had to use my mobile to call to chase them (at considerable expense). I got a different super ...

I ordered an acrylic print on the 11th November as a gift for my partner on our first Christmas together. It did not arrive. On the 9th December they placed a reorder after advising me I had to wait for 2 weeks before they would accept it was lost. I gave special instructions that if it would arrive later than the 19th December it should be sent to a different address. It is now the 23rd of December and I find that it wasn't despatched until the 19th December and it has been sent to my work a ...

My photo book (ordered in November) is still being promised for Christmas. Somehow don't think that's a promise they can fulfil as it is now the 19th. Would rather they were honest instead of making these promises, then I know where I stand. Disappointing customer service especially as initially there is often a good 25 minute wait before anyone answers the phone whenever I try to phone them. Do have a direct line number for a supervisor but she hasn't helped me any more than anyone else.

Ordered a photo book from Snapfish on 2nd November - still waiting for it 6 weeks later - they have 'problems' and are unable to ship it at the moment. - In the past I have been impressed with their service but this has now left me with a missing Christmas present despite ordering in good time.

Tried the photo book after reading 'Which' report where it got top rating .The flexibility and options are very good. From downloads,to layouts, to editing.I am surprised at the mixed responses on here.I found it first class, like 'Which'.

I have been waiting for my photo order from SnapFish for more than 2 weeks now and my account information still lists the expected delivery date as 11 days ago! I have been in contact with customer services and got a very impersonal reply saying 'we are sorry if we have disappointed you in some way'.... ERR DUH! they have had a 'technical problem' and that they are 'working night and day to fix the problem'. I then wrote back to ask if they can tell me when I can expect the order. To be hone ...

Will try again as price is fair. At last got to speak to manager, who seemed apologetic and explained the problems encluntered with Jessops, who did their printing. Now broken away and procressing in house. Quality of inhouse seemed better than Jessops. I will try them once more but if they mess about again I will never use again. Peter please take note if you read this!
Poor customer service in fact very poor as promised Peter would phoen me back but never did. Seems nobody could actually tell ...

Helpful customer service from SnapFish, they even phoned my local Jessops and arranged for my photo's to be delivered to me. Jessops said they was not there when i went in the shop to collect them, but I think they must have been.

Overall, great service, they looked after me.

Ordered 26 prints of differing sizes. Three envelopes arrived, one had one print, one had five and one had six. The 8 * 6 and 12 * 8 still outstanding. A call today met with an apology and promise to reprocess and" should get by monday". We shall see. Any further delay will mean I never use them again.

Ordered from SnapFish on 30 June 2008. Today 11 July 2008 - still receiving the message online In process. An e-mail in reply to my complaint (1 e-mail and a second chaser after 24 hours) says they have a technical. A technical what? It says their engineers have been working night and day to fix it. (Does this mean that they have one machine just like my local Tesco?). 12 days to fix a machine?? They still appear to be taking orders and offering special deals. What's up? Makes me wonder after re ...
