Truprint have shown appauling customer services to me. The have tried 3 times to produce this order and I am still waiting for it (the only photo books they sent were misprinted and had to be returned). I am now having to call Barclaycard to get them to refund me because Truprint refuse to respond to my emails. I would never use them again.

I've used truprint 35mm processing for many years. The quality of the print in much more down to the quality of the film chosen and the skill of the photographer !! I've had some very good results from them.
The cheapest prints are rather small but all you need to decide what to keep or bin. The 5x7's are on good paper and really well priced. The free film is adequate but you can opt for a better film for £1 more.
They offer a very cheap transfer of prints onto CD service which save vast ...- Read Guest's review (132 words)

Ok, fairly cheap prices, but not best quality prints. On the other hand you can choose to put your film onto CD rom which often comes out as better quality than the prints themselves! Usually processes and sends films back in just over a week from when you sent them, so pretty quick service. The website is appallingly difficult to use. Nowhere does it give you a list of contents and just seems to be for purchasing photo related rubbish like mugs and mousemats etc. Doesn't even have a search func ...- Read Guest's review (162 words)

Truprint www.truprint.co.uk - once you email customer service you get an email reply the next day to say they have passed your query on to the relevant department, then you never here nothing! this has happened to me twice now. I order a photo gift teddy and its been over 2 weeks now and it still hasn't arrived,
I have asked for a refund but still awaiting a reply after over a week, oh i had the replay to say they have got the message, wow brilliant stuff not. I will not be using this company ag ...- Read harria01's review (121 words)

Uploaded over 200 prints to the Truprint website by creating an album. Easy online selection of prints to be ordered and fast next day delivery. The quality of the prints was also particularly good compared to other services that I have used in the past.- Read eddieb's review (56 words)

I got 2 sets of digital prints from Truprint and www.bonusprint.co.uk (this was a mistake on my part, but one I am glad that I made)!
The quality of the prints from Bonusprint were far superior to the prints from Truprint. The colours used from Bonusprint were more realistic, whereas the colours on the Truprint prints were coarse i.e. the greens were brighter and not realistic.- Read shilpashah71's review (86 words and 1 comment)

Truprint do offer good prices for film developing, starting at 99p for a 24exp film in their standard size prints. However prints are VERY small (5x3.5") and so you will almost certainly pick a larger print. Service is reasonably fast, about what you'd' expect for any postal film lab really, it's an average speed. You can however for just 45p choose an "express" option, which is 24hr lab turnaround for weekdays.
Now the bad. They will NOT handle B&W film which I use a lot of. The free film o ...- Read Dark Willow's review (268 words)

Decent website and product made bad by poor customer experience.
Photos took ages to come and customer service were unhelpful and rude.
These guys site is run by Snapfish.co.uk and would recommend you go direct for the same prices and quality but a much better customer service!- Read The One And Only's review (63 words and 2 comments)

For a long time I have been waiting for a colour printer that can print 6x4 photos of good quality without having to spend an arm and a leg on consumables (or having to wait hours to print more than a couple of prints).
At last I have a solution - but it isn't a printer that sits on my desk, it's at TruPrint.
I simply e-mail as many digital photos as I want to trueprint and they are added to my online albums (I can upload them from a web page, but it is easier for me to e-mail them).
