Alright, it was a special offer, 20" x 16" canvas print - £49 down to £13, including postage but I bought it in January and only chose to activate it at the beginning of June, which I was allowed to do. It was simple to upload the canvas print photo but I had trouble redeeming the voucher - only because I was selecting the wrong size photo to redeem therefore the system didn't recognise the voucher code. I have been using truprint now for a number of years and find it is brilliant. It Is easy to upload the pictures and the system can upload a lot of pictures at one time. The best thing about truprint is that you get rewarded with cheaper prints on a regular basis. The quality of the pictures are always excellent too and delivery is quick too. Bought two mugs for Father's Day (had previously bought one a couple of years ago and it was a big hit). The first time I ordered it was full price, around £15. I ordered a Mug with the black background for my dad. One week later I received a mug with completely different background, Contacted customer services they entirely refuse to exchange the mug and also after couple of emails they came back with the bizarre answer that black background is not possible to print. Which is completely wrong because black background mug is still available and can be ordered from their website? I am really disappointed with the service I received. (read more)

Some of the pictures where not printed as per the preview, so heads etc. cut off them!! not sure why this happened, I ordered the 8 x 10 size? there were at least 4 out of the 11 ordered that were no good :( I have used Truprint for many years and have always had a brilliant service so a bit disappointed this time (read more)

I have used Truprint many times. Although I am now 73 years old I manage to upload the photos to Truprint fairly easily. I sometimes have to search around to decide if I want a new album or add to an existing one. And was bit unsure how to add to cart. I found in the end it was easier to view the album then 'hover' on each photo and touch the 'basket' icon for the ones I wanted. I like being able to view how each print will look because often I have cropped them and that can sometimes alter... (read more)

I was extremely happy with my photos from Truprint. The delivery was fast, although uploading them was a bit of a pain, as they kept going into the basket wrongly, but once I sorted that, which was rather a long, tedious process, it was fine. Also, on one set of photos (admittedly, taken on an old camera in New York in 1968), I guess because of the square shape of the originals, I had to stretch each one to fit the cropping space, which took absolutely ages for 85 photos !!!! I've used many a site to get my pictures just the way I want them. And I feel that truprint is the best around. Signing up to the emails gets you some of the best offers and deals around. My only gripe with them is the fact they use royal mail. Royal mail are the worst waste of space they could use. It would be better sent by a courier for some things. (read more)

Good quality photographs received promptly as always BUT I have a new camera that takes panoramic pictures and Truprint can't process them so I will have to get another company to print my recent photographs of the Norwegian Fjords. I have used truprint/snapfish quite a few times over the past few years and to start with I thought they were okay (years ago). but now, every single time the prints are always poor quality. I've had bad prints on at least 3 occasions (stupidly kept giving them the benefit of the doubt and trying again), well I wish I never bothered. Uploading onto website requires adobe if u haven't got that can b cumbersome but i managed it especially as I ordered my prints with the "75 prints for 75p" offer.
