Good Points: It had a good screen, and it recorded for long lengths of time.
Bad Points: It got scratched easily. No bluetooth. Chunky size. It broke easily. The outer screen was bad quality etc...
General comments: The outer screen on my O2 X3 mobile phone stopped working after a month! I never got a memory card reader, and I never got MP3's onto it. I would never buy an O2 X phone ever again! I got it replaced last week, and now I have a Samsung E720!

I spent £25 on a card reader and adaptor for the O2 X3 mobile phone. What a waste of money, as I still cannot get the MP3's onto the memory card. I feel like smashing the phone to bits because I am so frustrated with it.
I have spent hours this week trying to get my music on it and I can't. I would have been better off buying an MP3 player. At least I can text and phone whenever I want, but when I receive a message I get embarrassed at the door bell! Luckily I didn't spend £20 ...

The O2 X3 is a very unreliable phone, it switched off on its own many times a day. So was replaced within 4 weeks. Then within few months same problem occured, was fixed, good for a few weeks then fixed again. Believe it or not it's happening again. 3 of my family also got these phones the same time as me and guess what it's happening to them as well. O2 still say there is no known fault with them. but there are also some reviews about this handset on their own site that gives same problems. I w ...

The O2 X3 was an ok phone when it came out last year, but now when compared to the rest of the camera phones with 1.3 mp onwards, it doesn't compete. Not good enough, I've had this phone now for 10 months and I'm starting to deal with a few faults, and now Im getting a new phone. When you take a picture, you need light and it takes time to focus. A good thing would be the length of the video, and how the quallity is in light areas, but the best function would be the mp3 player cause thats what I ...

The 02 X3, much like any of the other "X" range we sell, is terrible. We have told the powers that be over and over that this handset is awful and should not be sold, but it still makes a huge profit for 02 when sold compared to the price they buy them for from the manufacturer who in this case are called BenQ. The phone never works properly, freezes up and always has a wheel graphic going round on the screen when you ask it to do something. They turn themselves on and off at will, won't charge ...

I examined the O2 X3 mobile phone at the shop, but it was too ugly. Luckily my friend had one. It was rubbish before he knew it had a screen fault, so he bought a new phone.
O2 is my mobile network, and although it is very very very very good, my value for money rating is based on the phone, if everything worked! I'd only recommend this mobile phone to a rich friend, and one who doesn't mind paying for a new phone every fortnight!

Basically if you feel like you would like to shout at people who you dont even know just to get a refund, I would buy the 02 X-series but if you are sensible like me and pay and extra £120 to get a much better performance phone then dont buy it ok hope this has been helpful.

So, £100, I though it was a bargain, no I had problems, it got sent 4 repair, came back the same, and went away again. Got sent a new handset, went away again before I had a chance to leave the shop, got it back, and still does not work!!! I have finally been given a loan phone, which is a nokia 3410, and to be honest, the 3410 is by far a more impressive handset. This phone has one fault after another, or if you are like me, loads of faults all at once!. Avoid this phone at any cost, all ...

The O2 X3 phone is extremely good value for money and I would highly recommend it. If you buy the phone with the early version of the firm ware (I did) you will experience problems it's pretty much a fact. All you have to do is take it back to where you bought it from and ask for them to send it off to o2 for repair and list the problems, then all problems are fixed any my phone hasn't crashed on me once since I sent it off (about 4 months ago). The camera quality is the only disappointment with ...

I brought an O2 X3 phone after speaking to an O2 sales man who described this mobile as the best thing since slice bread.... well after 2 days the bread went stale. The phone kept turning itself off and kept crashing. When it did work the quality was rubbish - pic mode just did not work without it being daylight - although you can change the settings the quality is just not there. However, I went to LA and used it as a video recorder and in the sun light it was great. I complained to O2 and they ...
