I would only recommend this game for die hard gamers, then I really started to play and now can finish the game in less than an hour, including the tiresome cut scenes. I would say better suited to a spectrum or C64.

This game is new blood in the Metal Gear veins. Graphics are pretty good and the rules are a bit hard to learn but you'll find this game quite addictive once you know how to play. The story and the characters are good and there's a twist like in other Metal Gear games. Most people say that the card idea to this game is dumb and I agree but the graphics and the story covers up most of it. My friend tried this game and he said it was really fun but the levels are a bit hard but finding out how to ...

What were the makers of the Metal Gear: Acid PSP game thinking? I knew it was a card type game, but thought to myself, those Metal Gear guys know what they're doing, they haven't gone wrong yet... Well, they have now. What a terrible game! It took almost 30 minutes to get past all the chat, and when the game kicks in it's even slower! I think this game was accidentally put onto the PSP. It would much better suit the Atari 2600 or something older and slower. I feel physically sick when I th ...

I hate the Metal Gear: Acid PSP game totally. It is some sort of card game thingy. I haven't a clue what to do, and it is too slow for me to wait my turn and find out.

The Metal Gear: Acid Sony PSP game is a big drop for Konami because it is a silly Card Game and Turn Based. If it consisted of running around blasting at whoever and whatever you wanted, it would be great, but "Cards" just make it tricky and pointless. Metal Gear Solid 3 would be great on the PSP, but Metal Gear Acid is totally different. Apart from that, Metal Gear Acid is fairly OK, but I wouldn't spend hours playing it.

I have to said that this Metal Gear: Acid is better than Metal Gear 2: Sons of Liberity. I like the idea of using weapons, items, characters, supports, and actions from previous Metal Gear games. The cards are evenly distrubuted between all the metal gear games. Including the card packs of MGS1, MGS2, Chronicle, MGS3. All in all, one of my favorites for the PSP so far.
