Good Points: Promptly delivered, and good price at the time.
Bad Points: See below.
General comments: I returned the product to Go Audio with a fault, and it was still under warranty, but the product was discontinued. The initial response from GA was 3 days. I got a return ticket number, and I returned the product. The response from GA was again 3 days. I chose a new product, and I received no response from GA for 3 weeks! There is a difference in cost (the new product costs less). I agreed to the new product and a partial refund, and I have now had no response for 1 week!
Will I ever get my replacement? I think it will be out-dated by the time I get it!!
Go Audio returns are poor to say the least!

I would agree with all the previous reviews as far as ordering and delivery from Go Audio are concerned, but they aren't helpful at all when things go wrong.
I bought a Goodmans 1106 DAB CD Player about four months ago and it has had intermittent faults over the last couple of months. Only certain CD's will play on it without skipping, and the way it responds to the remote control is random to say the least! There has also been buzzing from the PSU.

I ordered a DAB Digital radio from Go Audio, on the basis of a search from Kelkoo suggesting they were the cheapest. It was a Roberts one, and came in at £79 compared to £120 in a major high street department store near to me in London. I placed my order at 10pm on Saturday night, and it arrived at 8.30am on Monday morning!! I can't say fairer than that. Top rating.

I recently lost my PocketPC so, I had to buy a new one. Go Audio were the cheapest but I had never heard of them so I googled and found the 2 reviews above mine. After reading I went ahead and bought it. The package was dispatched when they said it would be and I got text alerts to my mobile for free. Goods turned up, well packed and in a1 condition.

I was going to buy a Archos GMini 400 off amazon, but like the previous reviewer, I noticed the price match on this website. Not only did they match amazons price, they also lowered it by £10!
Why did I go for this website? well, Amazon may sometimes be the cheapest place to buy, but they have been very slow to deliver (on their super saver option). Go audio offered 2-4days delivery free!

I'm trying to buy a Sony NW HD-1 Mp3 player and although I found the item cheaper on Pixmania.co.uk I decided to buy with Go Audio as the reviews of Pix Mania service have been awful.
