    Everyone i dealt with were fantastic, had a slight concern on delivery but this was immediately dealt with, well deserve the Best Retailer award they recently won !!!!

    My dealings with them have been painfull! They have broken the law with regard to a refund for a faulty graphics card and failed to fully refund the cost of returning it I will never use this firm again and as it transpires there has been concerns about their 'unusual' terms and conditions! have a look on their site and in particular the returns part! Let the buyer beware!

    I have been shopping with Scan for over a year now and spent over a thousand pound with them and I would never have wished to spend my money anywhere else!

    Scan has provided me with an outstanding service throughout, with on time deliveries, amazing product quality and 5 star customer service. Scan has never disapointed me and I will continue to shop with them for all of my purchases.

    What can I say?

    Excellent kit. Excellent prices. Excellent turn around.

    My last order was raised at half three on wednesday and it was delivered by 10AM the next morning!

    Fantastic, I wish all companies operated this well, keep it up :)

    I needed a new motherboard urgently and it took me a while to find one that did not also need other new parts but did everything I needed. The price, for something which probably won't be on the market much longer, seemed very good. For once I took out the extra insurance in case I damaged the item during installation. I thought I might have to claim on it, but knowing it was there helped me to stay calm and find my mistake - it worked. Scan really have excelled over the last year or so.

    After having purchased from Overclockers and Aria in the past, I was getting to the point of giving up on trying to find a good computer retailer.

    OcUK sold me several faulty components and either ignored my RMA requests or gave me incorrect technical assistance, they were both incompitant and unhelpful.

    Scan gave me advice quickly and accurately, even helping me diagnose components that they did not suppy. When the mobo failed they collected it the next working day and I had a refund the day ...

    I have been buying from Scan for years (At least 6 or 7 I think!). Initially I used two or three different companies and would shop around but Scan have emerged as the best prices with the biggest stock all round over the years so now I order from them only. I have to say their customer service has improved greatly since the early days and they are a pleasure to deal with.     This was probably one of the best on-line purchasing experiences
    I have had. The range of products was first-class, with comprehensive
    spec details, so I knew exactly what I was getting, and I was
    kept informed at every step of the order process. Delivery was
    spot on, and the insurance offered on the product well worth
    having. All in all a star performer, and one I would certainly
    use again, and recommend.

    I really like their system that processes your orders. Each stage from payment confirmation to dispatching updated you by e-mail. My order went through smoothly and my item arrived in excellent condition and on time. Highly recommended to those who are considering buying from them.

    Great service and excellent customer support. The only thing is that the parcel tracking system on the Scan.co.uk site is sometimes not updated frequently.

    However, for me this was a good thing because the tracking system told me the parcel hadn't been dispatched - and when I got home, there it was! It all adds to the excitement!

    So, that's the only thing I can find that people might give out about. Don't go by the site's parcel tracking service.

    I'm was very happy with both my new system and the whole order process. The system was exactly as I specified (including my request to switch to a non-windowed case) and well built with neatly laid out cabling. The order process let me know what to expect and gave good feedback and status information at all times. It was delivered on the date promised, extremely well packed against transit damage (e.g. extra internal packing around the big CPU heatsink).

    I have used Scan Computers for several years and have always found their service outstanding, especially their 'Q-Collect' web ordering and collect feature which saves time stood at the checkout and waiting for delivery. If you can drive to their recently refurbished store. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The store itself is vibrant and welcoming.

    Pre ordered windows 7 ult + Home Prem and pre ordered it 2 months before the release date, i had no customer feed back on why the order was late, was not until i submitted a question using there web site i got any feed back, to get any update i have had to submit more tickets, as and when dates they said had past.     Very happy customer of nearly 2 and a half years. Excellent tech support, I know I can call and get the information I need because the team are PC enthusiasts themselves and care about my queries. The prices are always competetive, although there are some times minor stock issues with certain types of products, but an ETA is always available if requested.     Item showed in stock and when I ordered and the next day was stated on the site for delivery. When it didn't turn up, I called the 0871 (i.e. not free) customer support line and after being put on hold for a while, was told that they were actually out of stock but more had just come in. He said that he could organise Saturday morning delivery to my home address which was acceptable to me.     Fantastic customer service from the guys at scan. There was a small hiccup with my order in that one of the parts was out of stock, but when I called them they were more than happy to replace this part of the order with another similarly priced item. When I explained that I needed the goods quickly I was assured that they would arrive the next day, a Scan representative then called me to let me know the goods had been dispatched and put my mind at ease. A great shopping experience all round.

    Very annoying adds unnecessary insurance at 0.90p even when clicked not to add. Not happy with this sort of selling. Everything else seems okay so far - not yet delivered but good price

    Brilliant customer service with prompt responses chasing up my delivery with the delivery company to find out why delivery didn't occur. Excellent prices, and a first class system of telling you the progress of an order, including a text message when it's been dispatched.

    The most pleasurable sales experience in years!
    The site was great, easy to use and understand. Ordering was easy and painless. The follow ups were outstanding - up to the minute, even got a text to say 'your order has been picked, packed and sent.

    Delivery was ontime, the driver was polite and not the usual surly "oh what time is going home time" variety.
    As MD of a Vending company , we have alot to learn from SCAN.
