Bad Points: Poor customer care

General comments: After purchasing an apparently appropriate battery for my nokia n95 from these peolple my phone is now damaged beyond repair. This is due to the fact the battery dimensions were wrong and as I inserted the battery in it's compartment it pushed the battery terminals inside the phone out of the circuit board.
After numerous telephone calls, e-mails and letters the foneshop are now accepting no liability for the damage to my phone, quoting the old line "the phone may have been dropped".
I would love to hear from anyone who's had similar problems with this company.

I would recommend them and buy from them again for definite. The product I ordered arrived next day - I was very surprised - excellent service.

Appalling service. Totally hacked off with foneshop.com. Yes, the battery came quickly. BUT, I paid £4.99 for special delivery and it came ordinary post! So, they owe me four quid. They aren't answering email or phone, and I really resent paying for something that they've not provided me with.

I first dealt with Foneshop back in 2003, and I am glad to say the service they offer has not deteriorated with thier growth. Not only were they the cheapest for my Motorola Bluetooth Headset, but they also gave me 10% off my next order... A great incentive. Keep up the good work.

I have recently purchased a Samsung D600 from Foneshop, and it was the cheapest that I could find on the web! It was delivered the next day, and they had them in stock, unlike other websites.

I only bought a cheap Body Glove case for my phone but they took the time to e-mail me to make sure it was OK, I can definitely recommend them.

I got the sexy new Siemens SL65 from FoneShop. They delivered the next day to my home. The price was good and they were helpful when I called on delivery to ask for set up instructions.

I have received good service all round from FoneShop. Staff were helpful on the phone when I had queries, gave good advice on the different products available, listened to my needs and delivered when they said they would.
Pretty faultless all round.

Ordered a Nokia 6230 on Vodafone through the FoneShop website and it arrived the very next day. I had a query once I'd made the order, so emailed them and someone called me back within 10mins. I would definitely use again.

Ordered a Sharp GX-30 from FoneShop.com and found service all round to be first rate. Site was easy to use, phone was as cheap as anywhere else I found it and was delivered the next day to my door. Can't complain at all.
