Do not expect to speak to a human in under 60 minutes on Customer Service Line. Delivery promises broken by text message. Totally Disorganised Delivery schedule. Poor Quality beds ours had to be replaced after 5 months due to the damage to the springs made on delivery when the mattress was bent in half. Six week wait for replacement bed. “Terrible after sales”

Very poor delivery service. We purchased our bed on 28th Dec. Delivery was booked for the 19th Jan. We collapsed our bed the night before so they would be able to put the new bed in our room. On the day they phoned to say they would be with us between 12-1300. A second phone call the same day said they only had our headboard due to a "warehouse issue" and would we like that or wait for the whole bed to be delivered. Placed a order for a igel mattress only costing over £1000 and arranged for delivery in 3 weeks time. Booked a day off work and waited in nearly 8 hours. Received text and calls from driver on updates through the day. Then he calls me to say I wont be with you after all as I don't have any mattresses. Having purchased a new mattress and base,headboard and mattress protector in January, we received an email to say that the delivery would be between 12.00- 18.00 on the specified day. Following their instructions, we removed the old bed from the room and put them in the rear garden as we had arranged from them to be taken to the dump. I ordered a bed from Bensons just after Christmas. It's still not been delivered and they are 2 months late on delivery. on the first delivery date the confirmed the actual delivery and rang an hour before the time so say they wont' be able to deliver. when I called their delivery depot to escalate I was told there was no senior manager to speak to. We purchased a bed from benson for beds, when it arrived it was the wrong colour frame, also the bed we was too big for the space in the smaller of the 3 rooms, so we asked to return the bed, we were told there is a fee for returning any bed, that was £143.00 all ok by us, our mistake in choosing the size we chose. I received a text message on 16th January shortly after I left the Fulham branch, where I placed my order. The message gave me my order number and the proposed delivery date, which was Tuesday 14/02/2017. I then received another text message on 31st January confirming the delivery date of Tuesday 14/02/2017, and that I would be given notice 2 days before to say whether it would be an AM or PM delivery. Delivery scheduled for 19 Jan for bed frame + mattress + cover. First the driver calls and says it was going to be early, then calls back and it's stuck in traffic! Then he realizes that only the frame is in VAN he decides not to come at all and reschedule. In the end I managed to convince to deliver the frame and re-arrange for the Mattress. Divan unable to go upstairs had to be returned. Rang customer service for refund of £400 and was told had to pay £80 cancellation fee. Complained and was told I had been advised of their terms and conditions at point of sale but this was untrue. Unfortunately there isn't an option to give zero stars as Bensons doesn't even deserve one star. I bought a mattress from them over a month ago, and they still have not refunded me the £50 they owe me. Instead I've been given the roundaround by their salesman. I purchased my mattress right before Christmas through one their salesmen in the Tottenham Court Road branch. Shocking honestly ordered bedroom suite every peice was damaged over 35 faults chips dents scratched faulty paint work and paid for a delivery service thats a joke incompetent and came part assembled also I could have assembled better then these blokes I have paid around 2500 for my bedroom suite after a harsh phone call they offered a full replacement which is going to be at least a min of two weeks to get another suite a was fuming goods aint defo not checked before dispatching to customers… Read Full Review

So two weeks ago we ordered two sofa beds and we were extremely pleased when we were told that they would be delivered last Wednesday morning just in time for us moving in to our new house. Well Wednesday morning came and we left home to travel 45 miles to our house ready to take collection from 7am onwards. My son ordered a mattress and some other bits before Christmas, with a delivery date of 23 January 2017. I re-arranged my day to be in for the delivery and his old mattress went to the tip on his way to work this morning. I have had a call from the delivery driver to say that the mattress is not on the van, and so he will not be delivering the other bits either.
