“The worst service I have ever recieved”

I am currentyl pregnant and they told that I will get a cupbaord between 6-8 weeks, however after week 10, they were unable to even locate the whereabouts of my cupboard. Although I have called them every day on my lunch break for 3 weeks non stop, thier scustomer service were unhelpful and never helped to resolve anything. “false guarantee”

I am so disappointed with Bensons. We were delighted to receive the I Gel kingsize mattress in February and were horrified to see the care card that came with it stating it had a 5 years guarantee. We were assured that this mattress had a 10 year guarantee when we purchased it. It cost over £100. I have telephoned numerous times and also called into the store to speak to the manager directly. “Sold a faulty bed but has been rectified”

I purchased a bed online after visiting a store and everyone was brilliant. 3 weeks later, the hydraulics seemed to break on the ottoman pull up feature of the bed and so i was left with a useless storage bed that was very heavy to lift up on my own. I called customer services and after a (very!) long wait was put through to an advisor who was extremely helpful. They sent out new hydraulics and my dad helped me to fix the issue. ordered, 2 drawer base with mattress and headboard, it arrived headboard had split in it, mattress dreadful stain, base no drawers, how do they get it so wrong and does no-one check before it goes out, had to wait weeks for replacement,bearing in mind, time of work ... Twice. , was promised compensation, that was back in March, spoken to several people who have "waffled" ring you back , haven't...... Bordering on rude as well. “Benson For Beds - terrible customer service & non delivery”

Very bad customer service from TOP to BOTTOM, Order two cupboards and head unit back in DEC 2015. Delivery arrived in FEB 2016. Received one cupboard with wrong parts. Contact customer service and they blamed manufacturer and agreed to send the parts again waited for four weeks only for parts. Again contact customer department blamed to manufacturer. Mattress faulty adfter 8 months appauling customer service manager told me I brought a cheap mattress. I purchased the mattress they recomended to me. They inspected the mattress and said nothing wrong but very very uncomfortable not a good night's sleep as advertised. Customer service rude, unhelpful and indifferent to the stress caused by a bad that you cannot sleep in. I read all of the reviews here AFTER I'd ordered a bed, and then worried about what was going to go wrong! Fortunately it was delivered on time, the drivers were very pleasant and managed to wheedle it round some tight corners. Bought a bed from them 18 months ago with a five year guarantee. It developed crack on the headboard. Sent them emails ,phone calls eventually we organised someone to look at it. Didn't turn up on the 2 time we organised it. Said they had been when they hadn't. Absolutely shocking service, a tragedy of a store to do business with. Ordered over £3000 worth of goods and arranged a complete house rebuild around their delivery date. Literally at the 11th hour been told that a bed that they wanted to deliver as a part delivery a month ago is now no longer in stock. Not acceptable! I have been lied to no end today by them. I was mis sold a mattress by Benson Beds and literally had a fight on my hands to receive a refund. I would never set foot in one of their stores again. This caused me undue stress and inconvenience trying to get my money back and to return a mattress which was totally unsuitable for me. Absolutely agree. Their delivery service must be one of the worst I've come across: can't delivery on a Friday or the weekend, then its every other day of the alternate weeks, your are advised to pay over £40 for a morning or afternoon but don't delivery when stated. They'd would rather have abortive deliveries than sort out or resolve issue before hand - what a waste. Staff come across as extremely partronizing if you live on your own and don't have someone to take delivery for you. I work lunch times in a school and was I was told after the first abortive delivery that to get successfully delivery I should wait until the school holiday!!! If I'd known that I wouldn't have bought the bed from them. You tell them your delivery needs and they appear to listen and agree to them, then can't deliver and when you call they imply you are lying. The staff hide the inflexible delivery service behind the computer process - computer says no . One staff says they can over- ride the computer to accommodate your needs the others says no. You call they don't call back, You email they do't reply. BUY ELSEWHERE.

I had a Tempur bed delivered on Friday by Bensons for Beds. The delivery was expected between 7 am - 1pm. I waited patiently but the bed did not arrive. I phoned the Customer Service Department and was rudely told that they had no idea what time the bed would arrive and that they were not prepared to phone the drivers. “Appalling After Sales”

I went into the Bridge of Don, Aberdeen store at the start of February with the intention of just having a look around. I ended up spending almost £2000 in store on new bedroom furniture and a mattress. I took their 0% finance deal with a 10% deposit (£190ish). We ended up cancelling the order within 24 hours as we had realised the bedroom items we already had would fit fine. Bensons are shocking. Bought a bed from them which was marked £100 off and signed the paperwork to agree to the monthly payments which added up to the correct price with the extra money off. However they hadn't taken the £100 off on the invoice (which I didn't realise) and the day before it was due to be delievered they called demanding an extra £100 otherwise it wouldn't be delivered and we'd lose our money. I ordered a iGel mattress from Bensons. It was delivered on the specified day. The Mattress is supposed to help regulate your body temperature so you don't get too hot or too cold. I'm quiet a cold person so I thought this would be good. The mattress from the very start was cooking me, it was so hot I was waking up feeling sick. They sent a man round to inspect it. Found this site after a failed delivery of our iGel kingsize bed from Benson's rang customer support up the call took 50 mins just to get a temporary bed sorted for my son, and have to wait for a call from a manager on Tuesday, but judging by all the reviews here, the chances of that happening are slim to zero. Ordering the bed was the nice part, helpful instore staff at the Warrington store. However the delivery driver and his colleague turned up at my house with an attitude from the start, my mother 72 years old was left extremely upset by the way they spoke to her right from the off. 1st they only wanted to drop the beds off in the lounge, it quite clearly states take to room and assemble.
