    Good Points: When it worked, I found the radio fairly good. Nice sound.


    General comments: Not a bad radio, but a bit too expensive. overall quality and selectivity is fair. Battery life too short. Crackly volume control, poor method of tuning stations, occasionally would not power up, just got Roberts in the display with nothing else. Now it refuses to work, just freezes at the start screen...

    My first Dab radio and still my favourite. I love the full, rounded sound...classic Roberts! If you are looking for largely to run a mains DAB radio I would thoroughly recommend it.

    I listened to one of the Roberts Gemini 12 (RD 12)models in the shop prior to purchase and it sounded as you would expect a Roberts radio to sound a wonderful balanced sound with good controlled bass from such a small unit, however the display failed after 15 mins. The replacement sounded dreadful straight out of the box and was promptly returned. The third one sounded very thin with virtually no bass what so ever, and again the display failed on the first day.     The Roberts Gemini 12 failed after 2 hours, no text on screen although still able to listen to whichever station was playing. Had to guess which it was.
    Sounds a bit too bassy from the one speaker. When listening on headphones, there was a weird noise at low volumes.
    Had to take it back due to fault and the assistant said that's the second one today! I declined a replacement.
