Good Points: Appear to know what they're doing.
General comments: Novatech... Laptop with a CD-RW, which should've been a DVD-RW in my opinion (even had a DVD-RW facia on it!), 2 hard drives that have gone down with errors within 6 months of each other, 2 hard drives in 14 months (one recently) that were older drives packaged with newer stock codes, so appeared to be new drives on the outside... In my experience, numerous call transfers, hours of time on the phone for a total refund including delivery charges.

I bought a Novatech Motherboard Bundle with extra 512MB RAM, DVDRW Drive, 160GB HD.
I installed Windows XP ok, but then nothing else would install. The engineer said that the memory could be suspect, so I ran memtest86 on it and sure enough loads of errors on both modules.
The PC went back for repairs and came back far worse and wouldn't even install XP. Memtest86 is still slating it. So went for the refund, but they wouldn't refund the DVD or the HD and had to retest everything before issuin ...
