Good Points: Contracted coaches (Not Stagecoach)
Bad Points: Too many to mention
General comments: Scottish CityLink buses are now unreliable, transfers to Highland destinations change at a car park in Perth! Some drivers not properly trained on routes, tickets. The Citylink mission was to be the first choice travel provider for customers - no chance of that now.

Avoid Scottish CityLink Bus Service at all cost - consider driving or using the train instead.
Since starting their new timetable just one week ago Stagecoach/Megabus have managed to completely ruin the previously good reputation of Citylink. Delays are now the norm rather than the exception. Drivers have received virtually no training and as a result have tried to drive a double decker under a low bridge or have been unable to find their destination.
