Good Points: By far the best quality that I ever had since 3 years of calling Romania. Very promt and kind custommer sevice that speaks romanian too.
Bad Points: No english version.
General comments: Cartele Telefonice offer 4 rate plans to choose from for calling Romania. Another 4 for calling Bucharest at even lower rates. All rates are very low and the quality is excellent.
