    Good Points: Part of the Thomson/TUI Group. Excellent care from start to finish.

    Bad Points: Honestly, none I can bring to mind!

    General comments: Portland Direct holiday to Lanzarote, Puerto Del Carmen, November 2003. Very helpful website and booking staff. Clear and concise booking contracts by post, everything 'double checked' over and over again! TUI's own Airway - Britannia, are masters of the package holiday business! Clean, well-staffed planes, excellent service. Accommodation (Hyde Park Apartments) very satisfactory indeed. Very professional rep. visits the site. Excursions/trips for those who want them. We prefer to hire a car. Same excellent service on return journey. Sorry almost to give such a "good" review, but for what this holiday cost it was an absolute peach!
