Good Points: They're cheap.
Bad Points: They didn't actually deliver the goods.
General comments: Tried to email. The automated email responses said to use their online email system, that only opens outlook express to send itself thus sending me a 'use our online email system' email again. No answer to calls, no delivery. Credit card chargeback done.

www.flatbatt.co.uk is very easy to navigate and un-complicated. Ordered on Thurs, received on Friday morning - well chuffed! Very good stock range. Fair prices. Will browse again.

I am still waiting on a order. I am one of the fools that did not read the reviews before ordering. Companies like this make it bad for others and people losing faith in the e-internet.

I wouldn't use Flatbatt again, as my goods were faulty, and there was no phone number to contact them, and I couldn't be bothered to mess about with emails for a £10 item.
Next time I will pay the extra money for a Sony Ericsson product, rather than going for a cheaper option/company. Live and learn.

An item was delivered not right and no way to contact
Flatbatt as they wanted me to send card details through the post to them, An absolute con beware these are after your money!

I ordered a 12v convertor from Flatbatt that never worked, so I returned it to them for a refund. I never heard anymore from them so I e -mailed them to find out what was happening about my refund. They replied once saying that the convertor was faulty and that we had caused this. The item had been faulty when we recieved it so I contacted them again three times, and I am still waiting to hear back six weeks later, and still no refund.

I ordered a mobile phone battery, and Flatbatt sent the wrong one, when I returned it to them asking for a refund, they simply stopped replying to the many emails I sent to them, and 2 weeks later still no refund. I have lost hope of ever receiving one now and URGE people not to be fooled by this company, please do not waste your money. THIS COMPANY IS A CON !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a phone battery on the 6th of march. Flatbatt confirmed the order. I paid by credit card. After that: no battery. Got one answer on several e-mails, with the mysterious sentence: "the credit card is only debeted when the goods are sent".

I purchased a mobile phone battery from Flatbatt. The wrong battery was delivered within a few days, however all attempts to get the ordered battery have failed. The wrongly supplied battery was returned to them and despite post office proof of delivery the company insists they have not recieved the goods and will do no more. This company is difficult to contact and is customer unfriendly.

I ordered a petrol scooter exhaust system 15 days ago from Flatbatt and have had no goods or emails explaining what has happened. There is no telephone number on the site (if anyone has it I would be most grateful if you were to send the details to my email mc-seph@hotmail.co.uk)You have been warned!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered 2 mobile batteries, 1 incorrectly, 1 did not work. They failed to respond to the request for an exchange depsite a string of emails and the return of the unused cell. The response to the non functioning battery was to send a charging guide. No response to emails here either and no phone number provided. Do not use them.

Flatbatt www.flatbatt.co.uk - Ordered 3 x camcorder cables on a Wednesday. Website said 3 days delivery. 8 days later, no goods - no replies - IMHO, no concern for customers.
Let this be a warning - never deal with an internet company that has NO TELEPHONE number on their site. It's the kiss of death for after sales service.

Flatbatt Online Shop: It is not so much the cost of goods but the complete apathy shown towards customers. This is the worst I have ever experienced in my life.
Perhaps they hope for such amounts, I think it is too much trouble for customers to pursue - nice earner!
It has been necessary to have the bank/ credit card company take decisive action here. Beware!
I had to buy replacement products elsewhere and the other Company turned out 1st class.
