The Nile Pioneer rooms are a perfect size for two people, but can get a little cramped if three adults are sharing! The rooms are kept very clean, in fact twice a day they clean your room. All the staff are fantastic, nothing is too much for them, including dragging them up on the dance floor to see their dance moves!
Which brings me to the entertainment on the boat...you have a fancy dress party half way through the week, lots of food and games! Is a thoroughly enjoyable evening. A few other nights you will have small entertainment e.g dancers stc. The rest of the evenings you will have to make your own entertainment, but there is a great little disco every night. The DJ will play anything, infact if you have a favourite album bring it along and he will play it for you!
The food is a set menu at dinner time and a buffet at lunch time....but the chef is always helpful if there is something you don't like on the menu.

Don't expect a cruise with an invite to the Captain's Table - there isn't one, but the Nile Pioneer is a good place to be if you want to relax and just chill out for a week or two. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and everything was done with good humour. The menu is a set menu or buffet, but if you wish for a special meal, the chef is happy to talk to you.
