Good Points: Good website
Bad Points: Weeks waiting on answer, sending wrong memory, take more money from your creditcard then on the billing invoice (afterwards)
General comments: Order Ram memory for my Fijutsi-Siemens laptop its special memory but this store offer it for a good price so placed the order. After weeks still nothing received so start to complain, then we get the message sorry it was not in stock, within a few day's it wil be here and shipped. Later on we saw that they charged more money then the invoice? and a few day's later we received the memory totaly wrong not fit to big, complaining about this and then ok send it back and we will send the right one nice from Holland to the US, cost a lot of money...but OK. Finally after weeks stil nothing start to complain again finally last week very sorry not in stock!! Nice very nice after complaining by the day and go to the public with my story they cancel the order...and still I don't have the money back and returned the memory, cost also about $100.00 so end of the story: No memory, money gone and it cost me shipping costs to the US for return shipment.

The memory that I purchased from them this past March, with a "Lifetime" warranty has failed. They don't return my emails or phone calls. I have sent over a dozen email and left 5 phone messages, bu so far I have heard nothing from the Computer Memory Store.

The Flash Memory Store is the same company as The Computer Memory Store (same physical address). I ordered first from Flash, and the invoice with shipping was $49.90 and they charged my credit card $52.40. I contacted my credit card company and removed the charge. Second attempt, same result. The memory I ordered from the Computer Memory Store didn't work when it arrived so I emailed for instructions on how to return the item. Upon receiving the instructions, I followed them exactly. I then waited 6 weeks for word of my refund but none came. I tried emailing, calling and filling out inquiries on their web site. They advertised Infineon PC2700 SODIMM, invoiced Infineon PC2700 SODIMM but shipped another brand.
They charged for priority 2 - 4 day delivery, but shipped by First Class Mail, which they say "can take up to 10 days".
In almost daily emails for over a week, from me inquiring about these 2 points, Computer Memory Store did not respond once, and have to date not responded.

The Computer Memory Store receives a poor rating for several reasons.
1. The web site shopping cart for the item ordered said "Availability: Ready to Ship!" but that was not the case as the item was on back order. I am writing this review less than 24 hours after a representative of this company told me the item is still on back order, yet their web site still says it is in stock.

I ordered a 256MB PC100 memory from the Computer Memory Store. They sent my PC133 memory. It did not work in my computer so I sent it back, and they charged me a 15% restocking fee.
Before I knew about this I had already placed an order on a better quality KingMax memory. They sent me PQI memory but charged me the same price advertised for the Kingmax. Now I cannot send it back without being charged a restocking fee.
My credit card does not give me protection against this practice. ...

I ordered a 60GB Hitachi external USB hard drive on September 29th from the Computer Memory Store. My credit card was charged immediately, but I have not heard from them since. I have written 5 emails and left 3 voice mails, but they do not respond. I have been forced to place a stop on the payment with my credit card company.

I ordered two Kingston memory cards from the Computer Memory Store. The price looked good, and they matched the specs for memory that will work in my machine. The memory they sent me was some other brand (Elixir), and it didn't work in my machine. I'm still waiting for a response to my service request, that they send me the right memory (it's been 2 days so far). Based on the other reviews, something smells here :(

I ordered a memory card from the Computer Memory Store, and they sent the wrong one twice. I had to ship the memory back at my own expense, even though they had promised to give me the credit back. Their phone number is just an answering machine, and they never call back. The time and money I have spent on this memory has been wasted, and I am very frustrated.

I ordered memory upgrades from Computer Memory Store. I received an order confirmation and my credit card was immediately billed, but that was the end of any communications from them. Despite several emails and phone calls to voicemail, I received no response from them.
I would avoid this store.

Computer Memory Store www.computermemorystore.com - Wish I had read these reviews before ordering - I would have saved myself lots of trouble.
After a week of no response since the order I sent an Email instructing them to ship or cancel. They responded that they had shipped that day but the tracking number has not yet appeared in the USPS system. I bet they really havn't shipped yet and wonder if they ever will.

I bought parts from the Computer Memory Store - 2 memory sticks for my laptops, ordered the right parts and received the wrong parts. Could not communicate with them by phone after leaving them a message in their answering machine. Emailed them 6 times before they responded. Gave me a RMA for return and refund that was 1 month ago and still no refund and no communication. If anyone else is having the same problem please report them to the Better Business Bureau, they have an online form.

Made an order from this Computer Memory Store. They pushed up the shipping costs considerably (from $4.95 to $17.95) without asking me beforehand or informing me afterwards. I received no invoice for the amount they were charging me either. I discover this only when I check on the online status of my order, where I also read that my order was still "on hold".
