    Good Points: None so far.

    Bad Points: Everything they do.

    General comments: Peter James Estate Agents is poor, they have not acted as I thought throughout the process of the sale, I have found if you call you have about a 50/50 chance of getting the call returned. I feel that they have failed to act in my best interest from the start, have even tried 3 times to speak to a director to raise my concerns and have finally been told that he will not speak to me!! As there are plenty of estate agents in Blackheath / Greenwich there is absolutely no need to sell through these people, if you're lucky and have a straight forward sale they're probably as good as any, but when the going gets tough I have found you're on your own.

    I wish I never had to deal with them. I have used many estate agents in London and Peter James is by far the worst I have ever had to deal with. They do not communicate with you and ignore requests and phone calls and worse. Always. Do not deal with them. You will regret it.

    My experience of Peter James Blackheath branch was extremely poor. Naturally I almost expect this from any Estate Agents, but not to the extent of my undertakings with Peter James.
