Bad Points: It can be a little difficult first time round to navigate the site, but once you've spent 5 mins on there, it's all plain sailing from then on. Some of the properties you see have already gone, but I've experienced that on Rightmove and Propertyfinder too and it's even worse on our local papers' website!
General comments: I use findaproperty.com above all other property websites when I'm looking for my next place to rent. It's always worth reading some of the stories because they keep you up to speed with things that are happening and give you tips for when you're looking for somewhere.
They have shed loads of properties, they seem more than just a place to go to look for property - they have extensive articles and stories that are well-written and informative with a little dry humour thrown in for good measure.
You can sign up to emails to be updated when property matching your criteria appear on the site.

Personally I found the FindAProperty website a waste of time and effort. Filled with 'virtual' signboards - agents don't have the properties advertised - especially rentals.
Agents haven't returned my calls about queries on properties.
Can't see properties on a map.
Basically I only found it good for getting a view of the market in a certain area.
Few criteria to search on.
Also I don't like the geese flying logo looks makes me think of target shooting.
It gave agents a bad name by not contact ...
