Travelled on the MegabusGold from Glasgow to London, wasnt sure what to expect as I had been on the night bus years ago. Was pleasantly surprised at the layout and although I had a bottom bunk it was comfortable and I slept well. Facilities were great but the biggest asset to this company are their drivers, very nice and really helpful. “Cheap, friendly service”

I travel from Manchester to Birmingham every month by Mega bus to see my partner and if it wasn't for that service we wouldn't see each other nearly as much. Everyone I meet I tell about Mega bus and about the wonderful value for money. “No heating”

I was booked on the 16 20 gold bus from Glasgow to Aberdeen , bus was 45 minutes late was frozen standing waiting, when we finally got on the bus, we were told no hot drinks as boiler broken, this is ridiculous as the boiler has been broken since October , come on get your act together get fixed, was also told heating not working on the bus , won't be using your service again… Read Full Review

“Poor customer service”

This company has to have the worst customer service. I have never dealt with a company that does not have manager or supervisor that you can speak with when there poorly trained customer service reps can't seem to get it right, but why would the even attempt to give decent customer service when there are no repercussions for their extremely bad service. “Rude and agressive megabus official”

Took my daughter to the bus from Perth for the 2315 to London Victoria after the Christmas Break. she was lectured by this man wearing a High Viz Jacket for 'Holding up the service' which was nonsense as we arrived in time at the stop. He then continued to lecture her until I put my foot down. . (What this guy did not know was that dad was just behind her carrying her case..) and I told him his attitude was terrible. “Not as bad as I thought it would be”

I planned to get the megabus from Sheffield (Meadowhall) to London Victoria on 05/12/14. I got to the bus station early in hopes that the bus would arrive a little earlier than expected, but it was late by approximately 15 minutes, which isn't too bad at all compared to some of the reviews that I have seen on here! “9.5 times out of 10 LATE ”

I'm using megabus a lot , 6 to 8 times a month,they are always late no mater what. And very impolite .i travel with them on 28 11 14 and as usual late. That is not all I went to talk with the lady from costumer service wich has been very impolite and , I mean they are hired to give costumer service not to mock them. I had an awful experience whilst trying to catch the megabus from aberdeen to glasgow on sunday (23/11/14). To cut a long story short my friend and i were publicly shouted at by two members of staff at the bus station, and then not allowed to get on despite the fact it had not left yet. Upon complaining about this we were told by the staff that they "didn't care" and offered no advice about when the next bus available was. “2.5 hours late - AGAIN!”

We have used Megabus just three times in 10 weeks - Birmingham to Bristol. The first time the bus was 30 mins late - so not too bad. The second time, it was 2 hours late - heavy traffic allegedly. And now tonight - 2.5 hours late - the bus hadn't even left Manchester at the time that it was supposed to arrive into Birmingham. “Such a pity, as I usually have a pleasant experience ”

I am utterly appalled with the service I received on the 31st of October! My bus was not only an HOUR late but when I questioned a driver for another Megabus service for some help, he met me with unnecessary sarcasm and a general aggressive attitude. Myself and the other 25+ passengers tried calling customer services with no luck as the lines were disengaged. “Megabus Gold London-Aberdeen Sleeper service”

Clean beds, toilet and bus departed/arrived on time - only good thing about this journey but service was not very good. The double-decker bus appeared to only be filled up to 75% capacity yet had not been set up so that early or on-time passengers got first choice of best bunk beds. On the journey I could see many double bunk beds empty with single passengers sleeping on the bunk bed on top.
