    Good Points: very reliable with a good wash


    Bad Points: dryer could be better


    General comments: The Zanussi WJS1397W is a great machine had over 5 years without any problems only recently had the brushes done.

    The Zanussi WJS1397W was Repaired under warranty for loose front balance weight. Balance weight eventually cracked at each fixing point. Change in design by Zanussi deems it necessary to purchase front of washer drum in order to replace balance weight. The cost of repair despite being only a few years old means the machine is scrap. I contacted Zanussi Customer Care as I felt we had poor performance from this machine due to its design, but there responce is, it is now out of warranty so thats it ...
