Bad Points: Leaves rust spots on all steel and aluminum items. Everything is always wet when cycle is done.
General comments: We purchased this SL 34A002UC dishwasher because we trusted and valued the Siemens name, however, we have had continual problems with this unit. Service has been called twice and they have been unable to help. This unit has left rust on brand new silverware that was never used when washed after silverware was purchased. This is very bad when the dishwasher ruins items before they are even used! All items washed are still wet and need to be dried by hand when dishwasher cycle is completed. This unit is a big disappointment, and we will not recommend Siemens to anyone looking an appliance.

Dishes ALWAYS come out clean with the Siemens SL34A002UC. Might look a little smaller, but it holds everything because of the rack style. Took me 30 years, but I finally have a dishwasher that does the job!
