Order delivered following day before 1p.m. as stated. Easy to use website. Perhaps not the best rates but their terms and conditions read better than competitors. Very pleased, will use again. So a first class service I would recommend to friends or family.

Pre-ordered Saudi currency on line a few days before picking up at Heathrow T4. Used a Visa debit card to avoid fees. Good rate (would have been 10% worse doing the deal on the day at T4 so beware!). They kindly broke the two 500 SAR notes into 100s. Travelex worked out well for me!

Ordered €1100 Monday, asked could we get delivery Saturday as we were working. 10am Saturday packet received as promised. Great exchange rate. No problems what so ever.

I don't understand how people can have such a bad experience. Its simple its a prepaid card and worked absolutely fine! Majority of people who leave reviews is because they have had a bad experience so I thought i would share my good experience.

I took this card to New York with pretty much all our spending money, the card worked fine was the best way as we did not want to carry £2000 of cash. I went for a week, however if you were going for longer I would get the duplicate card they offer as the only negative thing I have to say is that the chip on the front of the card got scratched slightly and it did not always read the card the first time, but that happens with all cards. Apart from that I would recommend as we used it everywhere shops, restaurants, bar, hotel!

Excellent service, booked the money on line and when got home got call to advise when the money would be in.

They did make a mistake and issue the wrong currency, however, they made what could have been a poor experience a positive one. The problem was put right with so little fuss and they were so helpful that I would have no hesitation about using them again.

It is when things go wrong they you often find out how good a companies customer service really is. After this experience I would rate Travelexx as excellent
