Bad Points: I had to have a paypal account setup to purchase, in the end though it really was no big deal.
General comments: I wish I found this program a long time ago. It really is that good! The software was very easy to install and use. I was able to download the software and use it immediately. I could not believe all the features it came with. I had looked around at many different solutions but am glad I chose this one as it proved to be the right choice.

Preferred Patron (www.preferredpatron.com) was a perfect match for my franchise business. Preferred Patron hosts my data, so my gift cards are recognized at any of my stores. What's even better is each store has full ability to define which promotions they want to implement and the rewards can vary from store to store... but the customer's account and point accruals are shared across all. Exactly what I needed. Works great. A solid tool.

Preferred Patron Loyalty Card Scheme: At a price of just $299 for a annual license, Preferred Patron is extremely versatile with multiple promotional options, unlimited reward levels and reports. Customer look up on the fly. It is a steal at this price. A awesome product and a fantastic price.
