    Good Points: None to be found


    Bad Points: Everything


    General comments: Toys R Us in Australia is an absolute disgrace of a store. The staff are so rude, they should be trained properly and should be taught basic manners on how to talk to customers.
    We were then accused of stealing, before even being asked to see our receipts. As far as I am concerned neither myself or any of my friends will ever shop in this excuse for a store.

    Ordered goods from Toys R Us for a present and paid extra for delivery. Chased up delivery and was told "they tried to deliver but no response and card left". This was an absolute lie as we were working in the front garden at the time they stated and there was absolutely no attempt to deliver and no card left.     Poor Poor Poor Poor. I have ordered from Toys R Us online previously without a problem. On this occasion one item was damaged. I have been chasing a replacement item for six weeks, promised re-delivery on numerous occasion only to be let down time after time.

    I placed an order online with Toys R Us for some Babies R Us products on 14/11/08 and was promised delivery by 20/11/08.My order did not arrive so I emailed customer service and a replacement order was placed.When I received a despatch notification email for the replacement order it showed that delivery was going to be made to an entirely wrong address (i.e. Northern Ireland instead of Scotland).I contacted customer services again to tell them to change the address to the correct one.     I placed an order with Toys R Us over £100 but never received an order number. My credit card company confirmed that the amount had been paid to Toys R Us, but Toys R Us's customers services simply refused to discuss the issue as I did not have an order number, despite providing clarification from Barclay card, together with the authorisation code for the order.     i would not advise anyone to buy gifts from Toys R Us. last year i ordered a lazytown bike for my grandson. i was given a date for delivery but I never received it. DHL were the deliverers and they said they had delivered the bike, as i live in a flat they could not access the building without the concierge. i was promised another delivery and the same thing happened again. needless to say my grandson did not get the bike as it was too late to get one elsewhere

    We placed an order with Babies R Us online, and paid a premium for Saturday morning delivery.
    We waited in all day on Saturday and the order didn't come (was the only nice weather we had had for ages, so was very annoyed!).
    We contacted them to find out what had happened and they seemed unhelpful to us, so we cancelled the order.

    I ordered goods from Toys R Us and paid via internet on 14/07/08, these goods were undelivered and I am still awaiting a refund (01/08/08). Toys R us has not contacted me by telephone yet despite numerous requests. My order was supposed to be delived by DHL and I received no calling card, explaining they had tried to deliver and despite being at home all day when they apparently tried to deliver.     I agree completely, I think that Toys R Us is a poor example of what a business should represent, especially a toy store. I found their customer service to be unprofessional, and laughable, as well as their policies seem strict and advantageous only to the company. We've recently made a large, expensive purchase at the Dartmouth, NS Canada store, and received an incomplete product. All the contents were not included.     I bought one of the cheap bikes at Toys R Us - a Mountain bike made in Vietnam. It was very poor quality. The saddle would not stay in one position, and the gears would never work properly. And although it was only £60, it was poor value. The service was excellent in the shop. I would take it in and they would repair it, and once it was kept in over night so a new part could be fitted, all for no charge. But eventually it was stolen, and as it was plainly rubbish I was not bothered.

    Thought I would email you to hi-light a problem with one of your stores. The store in question is the one located in Cribbs Causeway. I have been here twice now and on both occasions have received extremely poor service.
