Good Points: Clear voice.
Bad Points: Hard to connect in peak times.
General comments: I particularly use this service to make international calls. The process mentioned on their web site is very straight word and even a layman can easily understand how to use the Just Dial service. I saved the international numbers, which I dial frequently, in my mobile as "access number"p"international number"#. i.e. 0844...p00....#. I don't have to dial and enter my number again and again in this way. I will definately recommend their service to others.

Rates vary for different countries. Still overall very good rates and lines.

Just Dial are great for saving money on your calls, but if you have a problem forget it! It is email only customer service based in India (surprise, surprise!). They don't answer emails or even letters. The service seems to be worse now that they are part of the Centrica group.
