    Atlantic are like a breath of fresh air in today's world of Call Centres where far too often problems aren't resolved first time. I have been a customer of theirs for nearly 2 years and have nothing but good things to say about them. They even sorted out an ongoing problem I had with British Gas which had prompted me to switch in the first place. They manage to deal with everything promptly and efficiently, and best of all there doesn't seem to be any of this transferring from one department to ...

    I pay standing charge of £45 a month, so my annual bill is about £540.

    I am now £719 in credit and they have not offered a refund or suggested that my monthly payments should be reduced. I think Atlantic Electric and Gas should do that automatically and not wait for me to ask for it. Meanwhile that have my money in their bank account!

    I have been with Atlantic Gas and Electricity for nearly two years. They are not the cheapest but I chose them because they were rated top for good customer service which is equally important is what I have got to date. They regularly advise when bills are available online, a meter reader calls about twice a year and readings are accurate and they gave the loyalty refund after twelve months of the cost of a month's gas and electricity.     Atlantic cost a few pounds more each month - but you make that back twenty fold because you're not always on the phone trying to sort out the mistakes they've made - and you're not always receiving letters from debt collectors, because of their mistakes and your never receive bills for £1500 because of their mistakes...worth the extra £3 per month.How can you recieve a final warning when you haven't even recieved a bill?     Good & Helpful customer service. Been with them for 4 years still the cheapest in my area. Overall a very good service. They try to put up monthly debit amount with no previous notice

    After an appalling experience with NPower it was refreshing to deal with Atlantic Gas and Electric, at the time (two years ago) their prices were the best and the customer support was excellent. After being with the company for two years I have not changed my opinion.
