“The WORST On-Line Shopping Experience”

Actual order process was fine on website. Had selection of items, although many sizes out of stock. I placed an order and they debited my account IMMEDIATELY. However,the order took 2 weeks to arrive (to be fair to them they do point this out in the very, very small print as items come from Spain), however, what they fail to mention anywhere in their terms and conditions is that to obtain a refund or exchange takes 4 WEEKS for refund, and 6 weeks for the exchange to be received. “not honest salesmen”

i went yestrday to Mango carrefour branch, cairo, egypt. I bought two items costed 680 L.E , but i had not enough money to buy the the third dress that cost 435 L.E , SO I Told the salesman that I would buy it tomorrow and he replied that the sale would continue. When i went to get the dress the salesman told me the dress cost 650 that there is a mistake but if u take the other color it 435L.E, I was so upset feeling they aren't doing good job, advising anyone not to buy from Mango EGYPT....

“3 months after order never received my order or any refund”

I ordered some clothes 3 month ago on www.mangooutlet.com. However, I have never received anything. I have called the customer service 5 times and requested to be reimbursed. It has not yet happened. I have been told lies by your customer service whose only response to my request was that the headquarter office had been contacted and that nothing else could be done for me. I have never received any written information regarding what has happened to my order, how and when I will be reimbursed. ...

“DELAY IN DELIVERY REFUSED TO CANCEL ORDER”

I'M WRITING IN RELATION TO AN ORDER I PLACED ON 20TH MARCH, WHICH I STILL DO NOT HAVE. I CONTACTED GEORGINA SCAR ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO WAS UNABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER SINCE IT HAD BEEN DISPATCHED. SHE REFUSED TO TRANSFER ME TO A SUPERIOR AND DECLINED GIVING ME A CONTACT NAME FOR A SUPERVISOR/MANAGER AND GAVE THE NUMBER FOR HEAD OFFICE IN SPAIN WHICH WAS ALREADY CLOSED FOR THE DAY. I THEN CONTACTED ANOTHER AGENT WHICH EXPLAINED ME THAT IN ORDER TO GET A REFUND I WOULD NEED TO WAIT FOR THE ORDER...

“Very disappointed.”

Me and my friend placed an order on www.mangooutlet.com on the 2nd of December 2011. Mango accepted a payment of 141.74 EUR for 13 items on the 8th of December. But when we've received the package, there were just 5 items with the value 52.14 EUR + dispatch 23 EUR. We've been writing many letters to them, but not Mango or Mangooutlet answered us. I first bought Mango clothes in Australia around about 2003, and the clothes seemed original, a bit quircky, with refreshingly Spanish influences. I had bought some basic tops and a pair of jeans which were quite nice. I don't know what happened, it seems the styles and quality have generally gone downhill since. I had never heard of Mangos, until my most recent visit to New York in Soho. I absolutely fell in love with the european-type style and loved my clothing assistant. Well shucks, even the cashier was nice. Given that I do not live in New York, I will shop online. I wish I had tried on jeans so that I could get a good since of my size in Mango's clothes. Enjoy...

I love Mango, its my favourite shop. One reason being is that their trousers & jeans come up lovely & long - I have a 34" inside leg & struggle to get trousers long enough to wear with heels ! Another reason, the "basics" in mango are just that little bit nicer than in other stores for no extra cost. Great style at affordable prices....

Mango is a great women's clothes shop. The clothes look like they've come straight from the catwalk, which can be good or bad, but are also fantastic quality. It can be quite expensive at times, but if you find something you love, it is definitely worth the money. One thing about Mango I love is the presentation. It may just be a high street shop, like Top Shop for example, but much more money is spent on things like displays and bags. Instead of receiving your shopping in a bog-standard plastic...
