    We have received atrocious service from Willis and Gambier and I would certainly not recommend them. We ordered a Willis and Gambier Escana dining table and chairs at the beginning of January this year. When it was delivered the table was damaged and they had supplied completely the wrong chairs, which were returned. After a very long wait without any dining chairs they eventually supplied the correct chairs, although one of these was damaged, and yet another damaged table. After 10 months, and waiting in for deliveries on 5 occasions for 5 different tables, we have eventually received an undamaged table. I consider their service to be exceptionally poor. WE HAVE RECEIVED NO APOLOGY FROM WILLIS AND GAMBIER FOR THEIR APPALLING LACK OF SERVICE.

    Willis & Gambier furniture is beautiful and very well made, cost is reflected in the quality.
    I'm happy to recommend their furniture as it is quality that will last
