Ordered a picture for my Sisters birthday and was told it would arrive in a week - after a week I was told it was still in Milton Keynes - not a happy customer. “Problem Solved”

We had a problem with our Corsetta reclining chair ie snapped cable. After calling customer services the part was sent direct to us. We then had a call from Furniture Village to ask if we had received the part and to make an appointment to have it fitted we were given an all day appointment but on the morning of the appointment the fitter called to give us a 2 hour slot. “this company is the worst i have ever dealt with.”

I ordered a single bed, after a month it arrived. Half of it was a double bed and half of it was a single bed. I was told I could wait for another 4 to 6 weeks or cancel my order. Nothing else was possible to rectify their mistake. What sort of customer service is that? I decided to wait. When the day for delivery came I was given a call 10 minutes before to say they were on their way, which was fine. We bought a high end 3000 sprung mattress within a week noticed mattress dipping turned and flipped mattress every five to seven days as advised this was in March allowed a month for settlement but progressively got worse, contacted shop advised we had to go through customer services as past a week of having it said they would send an independent person to look at it he advised us it looked as if there was a problem with springs in middle of bed and mattress was hard on edges when we purchased… Read Full Review

We waited 6 weeks for our new table to be delivered, which we think is normal lead time. When we checked the legs 3 of them were faulty. I contacted customer services who dealt with the problem quickly. New legs were ordered . We had to wait 4 weeks for these. They were being sent to our local depot, and they were to contact us. Ordered table and chairs in March. Table leaf was twisted and we supplied store with photo proof.New table was ordered and we had to wait until July 1st for delivery we requested that the table be checked prior to delivery.When delivered the box had not been checked and the table was the wrong one!!. Furniture Village don't care about their costumer at all. I pushed 2x 3 seater, on 1 of April. 1. They advirtage says the sofas was leather. Had Carolina sofa delivered and it wasn't comfy. Hard seats and not as in the shop. Whole sofa appeared to be not as ordered and the style had changed. Certainly sitting in the sofas in the shop is a waste of time as what you get is a hard seat. Went into the shop to see if I could change it. Don't expect to get what you actually see in the store or what you choose, we got something different and still trying to sort it out after months. Staff are incompetant and I'm being polite! They just don't care and its painful but when you have spent a lot of money on furniture for your house you have to sort it out. After waiting for god knows how long for delivery And canceled delvery,s arrived just 3 days before Christmas. 2 weeks later the mechanism for the recliner broke.
