    Good Points: Well, at least they emailed me back.


    Bad Points: Cannot even put new releases in your queue for 8 days after they come out. Might as well prepare to wait months to get your movies.


    General comments: The DVD Barn Online DVD Rental service have no phone number to call, and they will not give you one. They seem to have no concern for customer service.

    DVD Barn www.dvdbarn.com - I believe this company has done a great job. The shipping time is about 2 days each way so I have no reason to believe they are dishonest about receiving returns or ship dates. Customer service was also very helpful for me as I was not charged for a selection lost in the mail.

    DVD Barn www.dvdbarn.com - I've been a member for a while and this is the best value for the price anywhere, bar none. I like to watch movies but don't live for them so I'm not expecting to get 20 in a month. I get all the movies I want and there are no problems at all with their selection. I even get games when I want them, that's great.
    I would definitely recommend them, without a doubt.

    I've been a member of 'DVD Barn www.dvdbarn.com' for one month, April. During this month I was able to get a total of nine DVD's. All of which had been released previous to the middle of March or significantly earlier, eventhough the top of my queue was top heavy with their rather meager list of "new releases".

    After complaining during this "honeymoon" period of the first month, my last expected film shipped was from the very end of my queue, Dracula (1979) - instead I received Dracula (1932) ...

    Joined for 1 month received more BS by way of Emails than I did movies!! Seems this outfit uses Pony Express for Delivery and Returns!! Got my bank to reverse the first months dues, so I lost nothing, but I will never be had by one of these con-jobs again!!

    I have been a member of DVD Barn (www.dvdbarn.com) for years. They were purchased by intelliflix a while ago. Before intelliflix it was a good company with a good value, afterwards this has been nothing but a nightmare. I purchased the 1 year special. I asked if I could purchase a partial of the premium special at the discounted rate as I just wanted to try it out. I was then upgraded to a full year of the premium at the premium price.     I've been a member since 2003. June 2004 to Oct 2004 service was terrible due to buyout. Since then it's been great. I usually get movies in one or two days.
