Just back from a holiday in Egypt that I was recommended by JLM Travel, and I must say the holiday was fantastic. We stayed in Taba on recommendation and were not disappointed!

From our inital call right the way through to booking, they were very professional, very friendly and best of all they knew what they was talking about! We were offered a good number of hotels that were available, some very cheap, some above our budget, we eventually settled on a one slightly above budget on recommendation, and we are glad we did. It's the best holiday we have had in a long time

I had already recommended my friends book with JLM Travel and will recommend them even more now!

I spoke to JLM and they booked me two weeks all inclusive in Mexico at the end of April. I had asked for a couple of hotels but she advised the hotels were not too good as reviews were poor. JLM recommended the Bahia Principe in Tulum, Riveria Maya and what can I say? FANTASTIC!! I have booked to go back next January, with Jay and she give me an additional loyalty discount!

I booked a 5 star deluxe a/i holiday and was told by the rep that the hotel had been fully refurbished for the 2008 season and that everything was brand new, nothing of the sort I would only give the hotel 2 stars at the most, the staff need to be clearer with thier customers to avoid disappointment. The hotel in question the Litera Icmeler Deluxe.

I booked a holiday through teletext, and I must say the number was free! The sales staff went out there way to immediately search all the best operators, and pull me a cracking deal together. Well recommend JLM Travel.

I was sceptical at 1st about booking with this company as i had never heard of it before but i thought why not give it a chance as the price looked reasonable. 1 of my complaints is that it is not a free phone number and 9/10 of the other companies are free phone. There was noise in the back ground whilst i was on the phone and had to ask the operator to speak up. I don't feel that person i spoke to was very polite neither. I was not advised that the price of the family holiday for 3 that i had ...

Having had good service from JLM Travel previously, I decided to book a last minute holiday to Spain and when I looked at their website I was not disappointed.

I was greeted with a clear and simple website which gave me the requisite information and didnt try to bamboozle me with irrelevant subjects.

I selected the holiday that I wanted in the relevant times and called their friendly staff. In no time at all, the holiday was booked and I had a great time !
