Good Points: Really helpful staff, emailed me all details of hotels asked for. Very friendly and professional. They give me a freephone booking line number - and a national rate number for after sales which I think is fair enough.
General comments: I spoke to JLM and they booked me two weeks all inclusive in Mexico at the end of April. I had asked for a couple of hotels but she advised the hotels were not too good as reviews were poor. JLM recommended the Bahia Principe in Tulum, Riveria Maya and what can I say? FANTASTIC!! I have booked to go back next January, with Jay and she give me an additional loyalty discount!
I spoke to customer services about a couple of queries and the call was handled quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use JLM Travel again and have give my family and friends their number.

I booked a 5 star deluxe a/i holiday and was told by the rep that the hotel had been fully refurbished for the 2008 season and that everything was brand new, nothing of the sort I would only give the hotel 2 stars at the most, the staff need to be clearer with thier customers to avoid disappointment. The hotel in question the Litera Icmeler Deluxe.

I booked a holiday through teletext, and I must say the number was free! The sales staff went out there way to immediately search all the best operators, and pull me a cracking deal together. Well recommend JLM Travel.

I was sceptical at 1st about booking with this company as i had never heard of it before but i thought why not give it a chance as the price looked reasonable. 1 of my complaints is that it is not a free phone number and 9/10 of the other companies are free phone. There was noise in the back ground whilst i was on the phone and had to ask the operator to speak up. I don't feel that person i spoke to was very polite neither. I was not advised that the price of the family holiday for 3 that i had ...

Having had good service from JLM Travel previously, I decided to book a last minute holiday to Spain and when I looked at their website I was not disappointed.
I was greeted with a clear and simple website which gave me the requisite information and didnt try to bamboozle me with irrelevant subjects.
I selected the holiday that I wanted in the relevant times and called their friendly staff. In no time at all, the holiday was booked and I had a great time !
