Good Points: Fast, effecient and reliable service Knowledgable staff Competitive prices Keen and helpful staff

General comments: I had decided to book my parents a vacation they would remember to South Africa. I had called a few travel agents and it was getting very tedious, when I had the good fortune of calling JLM travel.
Their staff were helpful and knowledgeable. So much so, that within no time the holiday was booked and I had complete confidence in them.
They reassured me that my parents would enjoy this trip - and they did so!!
The attention to detail was amazing, and this meant that my folks didn't have to worry about a thing. They just relaxed and enjoyed to tour of South Africa. From Cape Town to the Garden Route. They loved it all.
I have to say a big thank you to JLM travel for all their assistance in making this vacation a success.
I would thoroughly recommend them for travel to any destination far or near!!
