If you're into Hollyoaks when these 3 were in it (I don't watch it so have no idea if they are still in it!) then you’ll enjoy the interviews and behind the scenes for a few minutes - but that part isn't going to get you on your way to getting fit. The girls - Abi, Sarah and Jodi - enlist trainer Tristan Temple for some simple lifestyle tips and to design a dance workout. Hollyoaks Dance Workout - Oh dear do not waste your money on this exercise DVD if you want to get fit.
The interview at the start was not particularly inspiring or interesting - there were not many beauty, fitness or healthy eating tips to be gained! Bit of a waste of time.

Hollyoaks Dance Workout - I saw this DVD advertised in Sugar, and thought it would be good to try it out. When I arrived at the shops I couldn't belive the price! £20, but I forked out the money and bought it. When I first tried it, it was very upbeat and tired me out, and I began doing the DVD everyday. After about 5-6 weeks of the video I lost a stone and felt better from doing it.
