The Nell McAndrew - Ultimate Challenge, Ultimate Results is great for the bum and legs! Plenty of squats, lots of cardio and a decent toning section. Pretty much on the spot, so not a lot of space is needed. My male friend found it pretty decent too.
I do this every other day and it keeps me very toned and fit. I feel and notice the results after one session. Difficult at first, but when it brought my fitness level up it was much easier! My housemates seem to have become committed to this too.. ...- Read Guest's review (118 words)

It lasts long enough for a proper workout unlike some DVD's which just give you 20 minutes or so. But it does repeat itself a lot. I found I got a bit bored doing the same moves, but I suppose I had a good workout. It reminded me a little of the old fashioned army instructor!- Read Guest's review (71 words)

The work out it brilliant - it is very hard and always leaves you feeling like you have achieved something.
The explanation is a little lacking and this could be discouraging - other DVD's I have done like Davina McCall seem to make more of an effort to keep you engaged and remind you that you are doing well.
I do recommend this DVD but you need to be serious about working out and getting fit - this is not for the faint hearted!- Read Joco81's review (84 words)

A very good exercise routine. Results are definitely seen if, like all DVDs, it is used regularly. A follow on DVD I think after a certain level of fitness is acheived.- Read les166's review (106 words)

I bought the Nell McAndrew - Ultimate Challenge, Ultimate Results exercise DVD before I bought the other DVD, and I love it. It does give you very strong legs. If you want lean legs, then you need to make sure you compliment these squats with some pilates leg stretches, as well as the stretches they give you.
The three sections are nice to have. Cardio, arm/abs and thigh/bum, extra tone section.
I'd recommend it to someone who wants to feel fit and strong.- Read yveage's review (84 words)

This DVD is an excellent all-rounder, combining toning with aerobic exercise in a well controlled and fun environment. The male instructor is clear, and it is just like being part of an exercise class (with Nell McAndrew) in your own room. I thoroughly recommend this DVD. It is quite challenging, but it gets results!!!- Read jodell's review (76 words)

Nell McAndrew - Ultimate Challenge, Ultimate Results is just the best for all the results you are needing to get to drop into that skimmy outfit. Me and my friend used to do this every sunday and wednesday because the music is great and it really gets you moving and you can make loads of fun out of it!- Read Sophiecl's review (119 words)

I bought the Nell McAndrew Ultimate Challenge as I was so impressed with the previous DVD Peak Energy Work Out. I was very disappointed as it is essentially the same video with only a couple of added extras! If you haven't got Peak Energy Workout then you probably won't find it as disappointing. It is quite a rigorous workout, so you have to be reasonably fit. The first one kept me motivated, as it is more of a challenge than the average exercise video.- Read littlemissdrunk's review (112 words)
