Good Points: It is amazing. It stays on even when you sweat! An instant tan without the bad odor.
Bad Points: None.
General comments: I love Rimmel Sun Shimmer Self Tan Gel but I can't find it in stores anymore! What happened to it? DON'T tell me the company stopped manufacturing it! Put it back out there and I will buy a whole case of the stuff!

Instant! Non streaky! Dark - you can see where it's going! Wash off pretty much! NOT ORANGE.
So quick and easy. Just use a pair of disposable plastic gloves, smother over your legs for example and hey presto you've been in Turkey for two weeks!

Everything! The colour is wicked! I love the mousse and buy one every week! I think its good that it washes off if you dont want it on! Love it!
I love rimmel sun shimmer mousse in bronze! I swear by it and would cry if they stopped making it!

I bought Rimmel Sun Shimmer Self Tan Gel with "added lycra" last summer. This product is much easier to apply than the ordinary sumshimmer. I cannot get it this year and would be very interested to know if you are still making it and is it possible to get it. It spreads much better and never streaks.

I have used the same sun shimmer for over 10 years as I am allergic to the tan that turn your skin a different colour, I think it is fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone. It is so easy to apply and it just washes off and looks so realistic. Absolutely brilliant been using it for years and would never use anything else. There are no bad points apart from it can be quite difficult to get hold of sometimes in the colour I like (Light Shimmer)

Rimmel Sun Shimmer Self Tan Ge is very easy to apply, not greasy and no bad odour. Am currently not able to find it here in stores in Cape Town, South Africa. No bad points in my opinion.

I love the colour that I get from this self tan, you have to leave it to dry for a while before putting on clothes so you have to walk around naked for a while!! It is easy to apply as it is tinted so you can see what your doing. Only had it on 1 day and I look like I have been abroad already!
I noticed a streak down my arm where water had run down it after washing my hands so I wet my finger and wiped it off and it came off very easily!! I am worried it will all come off when I shower coz that ...

After applying the product my hands were left a strange colour with glitter particles everywhere! This is OK if your young but for a quick and more natural tan I recommend getting a spray tan done at your local beauty shop it costs around £15 looks better and lasts longer

I Love Rimmel Sun Shimmer is works really well I have had mine on for 2 days and its still not streaky or anything! Its great would recommend to everyone!! I think they should make one that doesn't wash off!! :D

Needs to at least try the tourist market as I feel the company is missing out on custom. I worked abroad summer 07 in Tenerife and due to working 11/12 hours a day, when I actually had the time to sunbathe i just wanted to sleep. So i was rather annoyed when i found out that a tourist location did not sell the product, after all its brits that use it and brits that holiday there, who as well as me, are out all night and sleep all day! I would really like for the product to be sold in more tour ...

It's so blotchy, I look like I have leprosy! How long will this curse be destroying my legs and arms? I look like I am bruised all over! The packet said apply twice for a more intense tan. I only used one, and I am streaky and UGLY! Most of it came off in my trousers!!
Rimmel Sun Shimmer Self Tan gel is awful, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

The Rimmel Sun Shimmer Self Tan Gel is easy to apply, just a little tricky in some areas and I would advise to add a little moisturiser to the mixture before you apply it. I applied this once when I was pretty pale and mixed a little moisturiser in with it and it developed extremely quickly, almost immediately, but you can see the full results in just under an hour. I would definitely recommend this product to use when you already have a little bit of a natural tan so doesn't look obvious, as ...

I had to wipe the Rimmel Sun Shimmer Self Tan Gel off with a washcloth before I even made it out of the house. It came off so easily that it only took 1 minute to remove it from both my arms and my legs.

I love Rimmel Sun Shimmer Self Tan Gel!! It's so much better than ordinary fake tans as it smells nice! It washes off! It works straight away!! I would recommend this stuff to anyone! Go and buy it!

Im looking for a self tanner, that can give me the same colouring as Rimmel Sun Shimmer, but will stay a deep tan for the night. When on a night out with the atmosphere you get sweaty & the tan goes within an hour, and when people tip drinks it streaks!
