I've used this for about 10 years. Every night it cuts through whatever make-up I have put on and cleans my skin to within an inch of it's life. Yes, it may feel like you're putting petrol on your skin - but (as they say) No pain, no gain, and I have (modest as I am) very good skin. Of course my skin care has lasted my whole adult life, but I would still recommend this to anyone starting now. Even my BF when I can pin him do has a horrific about of muck on his skin that isn't visible to the naked eye. A great product!

When I touch my skin now I can feel that my acne have lowered in size and redness...they aren't gone but I think it will get rid of them " touch wood".

I bought the Clean & Clear Daily Treatment Lotion one day while browsing the shelves in Superdrug. It was on offer for £1.25, which I thought was great, as its usual price is over £4, which I thought was a bit excessive, but now I've used it, I wouldn't mind paying full price.
I use this cream last thing at night after I've washed my face and used some toner. It is a thick gel, which I must say has an unusual smell, but it is not overpowering.
The gel smooths on very easily, and dries quickly. You can use it twice a day if you want, but I have quite sensitive skin that can dry out, so I use it instead of a moisturiser at night.
I noticed a difference after one week, and my skin was smooth and clear, and has remained that way since.
Overall, I think this is a great product, and I will keep on using it. I just hope I can get it for the same price again!!

I have only used Clean & Clear daily treatment lotion for about 2 weeks, and already I am free of spots. I have used all the Clean & Clear products, and this is the best one ever. I will continue using it for a long time.

I thought I had found a bargain with this Clean & Clear Daily Treatment Lotion but really you do get what you pay for. I'm utterly disappointed with the results although I'm secretly glad it's cheap. It is indeed hydrating and makes skin soft but it didn't keep its promise that it keeps you blemish-free. Not a bad buy given that its only 4 pounds, but if you can afford any products from the more expensive brands (L'oreal, Clinique etc) do so they are much, much better - take my word for it.
