I stuck to the 3 day diet for the three days and I lost 4 pounds...I'm ok with it but it did build my expectations to losing more ...

I started this diet yesterday. Gave up today. I believe this diet would have worked if i had carried it through. I am a vegan so i used the substitutions list on their website to make the diet vegan (e.g. tofu instead of tuna). The problem was that some of these substitutions left me realllyy hungry all day and couldn't help but eat on the 2nd day. I was constantly hungry. 1/4 cup of seeds does not adequately replace 1 egg.... i believe if i wasn't vegan this diet would have worked but i have strong will power to be vegan and i still wanted to binge the whole time.

Was excited to do this diet. Went in happy if I lost at least 5 lbs. The 1st 2 days were not so bad. I wasn't hungry. Drank plenty of water during the day and followed the diet properly. On the 3rd day I was a bit hungry and ready to throw in the towel. But didn't thought if I could do this. I also drank plenty of water and followed the diet. I was a bit disappointed that at the end of the 3rd day I only lost a total of 3.8 lbs. But I did feel my tummy a bit flatter. And my pants are a bit looser. I didn't work out except I did about a 100 squats through each day. I would recommend this if someone wants to fit in a dress or jeans for the weekend but to actually lose weight nah......

This diet really works i lost three pound my 1st but i also felt week and light headed so i gave in the 2nd day mayb will try again if i can find a sub for tuna that was the worst .. But the overall experience wasnt too bad

So I tried the 3 day diet for the first week, last week and it def worked lost about 7 pounds and kept it out..So I tried it again for the second week and I was upset because I didnt lose nothing!!!;( why is that!!!???I didn't cheat believe me..I did what I did from the first time I had done this diet..Anyone know why It's not working...??

I am half way through day 2 on this diet. I have been exercising too. I am hungry but crubing it with water.
I have already lost 4/5 lbs according to my scales so I am really happy,and intend on sticking it out to the end of day 3. I also intend on fil.ling the rest of my week with weight watchers plan to ensure I dont over eat and put all the weight back on. I am aiming to loose a stone and a half by Sep so I can start to try for a baby.
I wasnt sure wether this diet would work , but it actually does. Its tough to stick to but keep busy and drink water......

I'm currently on day 2 and haven't found myself feeling hungry but have a terrible headache today...not sure if it's diet related or not but don't feel great! haven't stepped on the scales yet as i'd rather wait til the end of the trial...been exercising for a month and keep putting on pounds so a bit disheartened by the scales! Love the fact the diet tells you exactly what you're eating on each day meaning there's no temptation to have something else. also found my weekly shop was less expensive as carrots etc are used each day so one bag is enough

i am currently on day of the 3 Day Diet 2 and i must say its feels good not to eat junk! i wil send my results after my third day is over..good luk guys!

This 3 Day Diet works, there's is no doubt in it but its not like 10lbs , but i lost 4.4 lbs, and that i think is not bad. This is a good diet plan if some one wants to lose like 3 kilos

The 3 Day Diet is very easy to follow and does not require a lot of cooking.I am getting married in Apri and I don't have much time to lose weight. My overall goal is to lose 40lbs but at this point I will accept anything. I had a baby 2 years ago and I almost reached my pre pregnancy weight, however I came back to work and it went downhill from there. At this point I will try anything and with all the positive reviews i don't see why not. I am on day 3 and tomorrow I am eating healthy. My poor fiance goes on every diet that I go on and he says if I can't stick with this something is wrong with me. I AGREE . I'll write in tomorrow with my results. :>)

I suggest cutting off what you eat at 8pm. Do not eat later than that. Not only does it show your dedication to lose weight, but its a healthy method and stops you from binge eating at night. (my biggest problem)
