I did not drop a single pound on this stupid diet. My mom and I both followed it perfectly with no substitutions and neither of us lost any weight. I am extremely disappointed with this diet because I thought I actually found a diet that would be quick and easy. It's extremely frustrating how everyone else is seeing results but me. I am a 43 year old man. I am about 20 lbs overweight, but I have been losing weight. I followed this diet, and stuck to it exactly (no cheating). After starving for 3 days, I lost a total of 2 lbs. “Giving it a try...”

I've done this diet before, tried & failed but NOT because the diet wasn't effective- it was, it was becuase of my lack of will power to stick to healthy eating habits. This diet is very effective and will help you lose weight rapidly but you have to work hard and eat healthy to keep the weight off or like any diet it will come back on. “Worked for me”

I lost 15kg on this diet in two months. On the diet days I usually do brisk walking for 30minutes then on 4th day when am back on my normal foods I do high impact aerobics for 30mins or jog for 30mins. My weight hasn't come back and after one year I have not put on a single gram. Recently I decided I needed to loose more weight and am back on it. Its end of day 3 and I have lost inches. “I'm on Day 2 and lost 4 pounds already!”

I'm not a fan of Fad Diets but it's my 1st Wedding Anniversary and I've put on a bit of extra weight on my two week holiday. This is just a quick fix to make me feel good on my special day. I'm on Day 2 and I've lost 4 pounds after Day 1. I was a tad bit hungry but I've just had my lunch and feel much better now. I couldn't find Beef Franks so I'm having Hot Dogs (Chicken) tonight. I have just finished my first round of the 3 dd. I have lost 2 kg(4.4pounds). The bad bits: I couldn't sleep at all on the first night. This is probably due to the detox process or withdrawal from my high carb eating habits. The food isn't tasty, but that's a small price to pay, I feel. You have to be really motivated and dedicated all the way through to the morning of the 4th day. It's only three days of dedication! I also had to add non dairy creamer to my coffe and I used stevia for sugar. I'm on day one and hope it works. Maybe

I read a blog on this 3 day diet so I am going to try it. I started today. I weigh about 220 lbs. I did not weigh this morning but I will tonight to see if I get the same results everyone else did. Really ? i've read a lot of reviews about this diet and am so desperate to lose over 30 pounds ! Do u think its possible in 2-3 months ?

Today is day one on this diet. It's not been too terribly bad...I've been trying to drink 8-8 oz glasses of water along with my coffee and tea. I've had to run to the restroom a million times, I guess all the drinks are flushing my system! I did get hungry after lunch, and it's not time for my dinner yet, so I ate my cup of carrots. “Lost almost 6lbs in ONE day!”

I would just like to share a fascinating experience, I started out yesterday at 5"7 and 170lbs (77kg) I stuck to the diet with occassional substitutes and even did a little walking, I weighed in this morning (2nd day) at 164lbs! (74.6kg) I have managed to lose almost 6lbs in ONE DAY! “Cheated and still Lost over 8lbs!”

On the first day I slipped in an extra banana and cream cheese on my toast and tuna. On the second day I hate an extra slice of bread again with cream cheese and an extra apple. I started at 75kgs (165.3) and I now woke up Day 2 at 71.5kgs (157.6). I hope to lose atleast one more kg by tomorrow or (2.2lbs) but even if its just a half kg I still lost a lot more than I would have ever expected.
