    Good luck if your trying it for the first time.... We started the diet this morning, this is our first time... Struggling at the moment as night time we usually have a snack. but will stick with it hopefully it will work for us!!!

    It does what it says it will do. I have done it twice now, and I have lost 4-5 pounds each time. Just follow it, I always add mustard to the tuna otherwise its nasty. You dont have to go nuts on it, just be reasonable. The 3 day diet is a great diet plan.

    This 3 Day diet defiinitely works. my guess is because of the limited calories, not miracle ingredients. this is the the 3rd time i've done this. I average a weight loss of 4 lbs each time. I've kept the weight off by totally changing my eating habits. I weight 207 lbs so I have a way to go. This diet will help me lose the the 30 lbs i want to lose, slowly but surely. ;) i suggest you don't subsititue anything or cheat, leave sauces and spices out.

    I started the diet last week and lost 7 lbs in the first three days. I kept the weight of through the weekend and I started the diet again Monday. I have found this diet to be successful.

    Well me and my family have all done this and got results after you lose what you want eat sensible and the weight wont creep back i love this deit so much it changed my life. If you follow and dont cheat you will lose 10 pound

    I started the 3 Day Diet on Tuesday and my last day was yesterday. The good about this diet is that is for three days and you dont have to cook something you dont know how to do. I like it. It tells you what you need to eat. For me it was successful the first 3 days I lost 5 pounds and I am planning to keep on going. I will do it this whole month.

    I try and drink a can of pepsi max about 10 mins before i eat to make me feel fuller, i also try and SLOW down my eating, so you don't gobble it up, and it's gone and your still hungry, which is hard because usually by the time my meal comes round, I'm pretty hungry, try eating your meal with baby cutlery. Also, when i eat cauliflower because i don't really like the stuff, i steam it first, then dry fry it with cumin, only a little, and some garlic, salt and pepper, just makes it more palatable. ...

    Really helpful, i started at begin of the month,three days i have lost 2kg, then eat normal/health for a while to keep my weight stable,not lose too fast then easily to gain back. start again this morning,wish to lose another 1.5kg this time. drink too much coffee,really harmful 4 skin. i try to drink a lot fresh apple juice( made by myself everyday) to clean up during normal eat days.

    Hi This Phat Gurl leaving an update.....so it about 3 months later and i have to say for me the 3 day diet did work ... i did the 3 day diet for a whole month. it helped by changing my whole attitude about eating ad i'm still losing wieght. i started at 145 pounds. it helped me lose the wieght slowly BUT steady. i'm now 131 pounds and still going. my goal is 120. i think some ppl try it and if they don't drop an immediate 10 pounds they just stop. i feel the diet works over a longer period of ti ...

    I've noticed people saying they had meat, beans & carrots for the first day dinner, where my plan was meat, beans & beetroot. Also adding seasoning and sauces to the meals, is this allowed, I thought you could only add salt & pepper. Is substituting beetroot with carrots alright?

    Since moving in with my boyfriend I have felt the weight slowly creeping on and decided to take action b4 things got to far. I weighed myself on Monday morning and was 9 stone 12lbs.I followed the diet quite closely. I used frozen mixed veg (carots/cauliflower/peas) for the evening meals and replaced day 2 tuc crackers with a slice of bread.     This is the best diet,I follow so far. It is reasonably cheap, it is no time consuming, there is no complicated recipes to follow. Although by third day sometimes I feel a bit week, also I feel incredibly light. Usually I do this diet on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, so when I go out on Saturday I feel a bit more confident, Sunday is my naughty day, when I spoil myself a little bit.I would recommend this diet to everybody without doubt.

    I say try it its worth it. I like this diet i use to eat only one time a day because i was never hungry and i didn't lose weight but i tried the 3day diet and the weight came off and 1 eat more regularly now so this diet is healthy me only eating one a day wasnt

    If you are serious about losing wieght then this can be a diet for you. However you can not just do it once ....you should do the 3 day diet once a week for a whole month and you WILL lose significant amount of weight. The other 4 days of the week eat normally just smaller portion ...that is the KEY.Other ppl will notice as well. i'm only on my first week and i already notice a diff. I will leave another comment at the end of the month to update how much i exactly lost.

    I really only lost the weight in the second week of doing the 3 day diet. dont knock it till you've tried it. It has been brilliant for kick starting my diet and i have lost almost 7 pounds with another day to go

    This really is a strange diet plan. You follow a strict menu for 3 days and the result should be 10 pounds lost. I found that, yes this did result in weight loss but the loss was fluid rather than fat so the weight came straight back on. If you repeat this diet then it is possible to lose more wight but remember to alternate back to a normal eating diet. The plan must be followed exactly to have the right effect.

    After three years of trying every diet going nothing has worked for me, until i tried the 3 day diet. (I have a underactive thyroid and had almost given up on losing weight). I would recommend this diet to anyone, it's not hard to follow and a treat of ice cream every day and still lose weight cant be bad!
