    I am half way through the second day and I think this is a diet I can really handle. It is a struggle for me as I love food, but it is an awesome challenge and I really feel good about myself for actually sticking to something for once. I have over 100 lbs to lose, but I think this diet will work for me and help me to achieve my goal. I weighed in this morning and have already lost 3 lbs. YEAH!!!

    Well i'm just startin, but after all the peoples ups, i have my hopes up ! My friend did it ! And she lost 12 pounds !!!!!!! I am not like fat fat ! i'm just 50, but with a belly !     I have been on this 3 Day Diet before and can say it does work. You do feel hungry but it's to be expected because of the low calories. I like this diet simply for the little thought involved with meal planning and the fast weight-loss. I have only ever tried it for two or three weeks at a time and now plan on trying it for about 6 months. will let you know how it goes.

    I am at the end of Day 2 and weigh in this morning revealed I had lost 4lbs in just one day, I don't feel too bad on this diet, I am going to a wedding at the end of the month and want to feel a bit better about myself in my outfit so I plan to loose at least 7lbs, my stomach has shrunk and I am much less bloated (due to the amount of water I have lost) I plan to do low carb for my 4 days of rest then return to my 3 days of hard slog!!! I am really happy with the results of the 3 Day Diet so far ...

    So far so good! just finished breakfast on my second day of the 3 Day Diet. Don't feel too hungry just yet but i know when i start to, the thought of my holiday in a few weeks will keep me goin!! I am not expecting 2 much as i was 132lbs (and 5ft,6) to start but ideally would like 4lbs!! its really nice hearing how much everyone's lost and their experiences as it gives me more motivation!! I will definately post how much ive lost (if any!!) up after my 3rd day.

    I just finished my third day on the '3 Day Diet'. I'm actually on my first day back to normal eating. I lost 11 pounds and I am eating healthy for my 4 days, then I plan to do my second 3 days. It was easy to follow and I was always full. I always have my last meal at 6:30pm. I feel great. My body feels more alive with energy. I also exercised for half an hour each day.

    I used the 3 Day Diet off and on for about 17 years. It works great. Everyone I know who has used it has lost about 7 lbs each time. I am starting it today, so will let you know how much i loose.

    The 3 Day Diet is easy to follow with good results (4-5lbs). I use it as a motivational start to lose a few pounds and build confidence. Then, I try to follow weight watchers for a healthier weight loss. The prevention 2 week turnaround workout plan is key to losing fat and toning up. You can do it!!! Good luck!!!

    this is my first day n this 3 day diet... i really want it to work i'll try to follow it ..... i would be happy even if i lose 3 pounds... slow and steady!!! i weight 125 now and aiming for 115 by the end of next week. i will update u guys after 3 days...

    Hello Peeps

    New to the diet scene so very fresh and pesamistic bout quick fix weight diets...... Decided to bite the bullet and have a go after seeing all the good reviews, and Im gonna start the 3 day diet on easter monday. I will report what my progress is after the 3rd day. Ill get weighed on the 4th morning. Would like to know if anyone out there has an alternative of SALTINE CRACKERS THAT I COULD BUY IN THE UK? eg....cream crackers, ryvitas etc. I cannot find saltine crackers in uk ...

    i did this 3 day diet for three days and it worked... i have lost 8.2 pounds which is pretty good and i followed pretty closely the plan just that the second day i didn't eat an apple and the third day i didn't eat any melons.ps. i'm 160 pounds

    This 3 Day Diet works, there's is no doubt in it but its not like 10lbs , but i lost 4.4 lbs, and that i think is not bad.
    This is a good diet plan if some one wants to lose like 3 kilos

    This is a great diet plan if you need to lose weight quickly. I have been on it several times, and am currently at the beginning of Day 2 (I've lost 4 lbs as of this morning!), but it is important to realize that depending on how much you normally eat and how much you weigh, this can help determine how much weight you lose in the 3 days. Still, I've noticed there are some tricks which can help you lose MORE weight on this diet than you normally would: 1) cut out the sodium! yes, it does say you ...

    The 3 Day Diet is very easy to follow and does not require a lot of cooking.I am getting married in Apri and I don't have much time to lose weight. My overall goal is to lose 40lbs but at this point I will accept anything. I had a baby 2 years ago and I almost reached my pre pregnancy weight, however I came back to work and it went downhill from there.     I suggest cutting off what you eat at 8pm. Do not eat later than that. Not only does it show your dedication to lose weight, but its a healthy method and stops you from binge eating at night. (my biggest problem)

    Good luck if your trying it for the first time.... We started the diet this morning, this is our first time... Struggling at the moment as night time we usually have a snack. but will stick with it hopefully it will work for us!!!

    It does what it says it will do. I have done it twice now, and I have lost 4-5 pounds each time. Just follow it, I always add mustard to the tuna otherwise its nasty. You dont have to go nuts on it, just be reasonable. The 3 day diet is a great diet plan.

    This 3 Day diet defiinitely works. my guess is because of the limited calories, not miracle ingredients. this is the the 3rd time i've done this. I average a weight loss of 4 lbs each time. I've kept the weight off by totally changing my eating habits. I weight 207 lbs so I have a way to go. This diet will help me lose the the 30 lbs i want to lose, slowly but surely. ;) i suggest you don't subsititue anything or cheat, leave sauces and spices out.

    I started the diet last week and lost 7 lbs in the first three days. I kept the weight of through the weekend and I started the diet again Monday. I have found this diet to be successful.
