Placed 2 orders with them and neither turned up on time. I had to phone them and chase delivery on both instances. One phone was faulty so I sent it back for a replacement. It took over a month to receive the replacement BT handset. Customer service is awful but from a company owned by BT what do you expect. Purchased a Z87-Pro motherboard CPU & Memory bundle. Worked ok for 5 Months then crashed, would not boot even to the bios screen. Informed Dabs looking to get a replacement/repair under warranty and was asked to remove the heatsink and CPU and take photos of the CPU socket on both sides. My first and last experience! 1, they did not advise me of how I would receive delivery until well after my order was complete. If I'd none it was a sign for delivery I would have sent it to my office address. 2, was not given tracking number for TNT until after attempted delivery. 3, called to request change of delivery address and they did not submit it to TNT, I called TNT today and they told me the address had been removed! 4, they did not have my item in stock so shipped from supplier… Read Full Review

I used Dabs.com for years and they were really good. BUT, they got bought by BT and since then they are terrible. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S5 mobile phone. The put the the phone in its original packaging in a plastic bag. Yes, you guessed it, the phone was smashed when I got it. After a couple of phone calls they said they would come and pick it up and said they could not pick it up until three days time. I made the mistake of purchasing a NAS+hard drive combo from their b-grade stock. As the name of the item specifically mentioned the hard drive, I assumed the message in the description about the hard drive being out of the box meant the hard drive was, quite literally, outside of the box. Apparently not. Apparently the headline name of the item does not matter, and instead the small print take precedence. There is no hard drive. Keyboard bag missing, and despite emailing them several times over SIX MONTHS, I still haven't received a reply. Free delivery yet charged a random £3 despite ordering a large screen tv. On December 8th I ordered a graphics card for my son's main Christmas gift. DABS order status showed "processing". By the 23rd I realised it hadn't arrived so went back online to check status, which was still "Processing". I eamiled DABS and they responded quickly and politely saying won't be in stock until at least Jan 3rd. “Never arrived. Won't give me money back”

I used these people in the past many times. Something has clearly changed recently as they are awful now. I ordered memory on a 3 day delivery. It's now 19 days later and they keep fobbing me off saying it's with royal mail. Clearly it's not. I want to cancel the order, but they won't. Therefore, I've given them money for something. If you pay for expensive overnight delivery on an 'in-stock' item, there is no guarantee of receiving anything the next day, or in fact the next month. The small print says, and I quote 'If you chose our "next day delivery" option this means your order will be delivered the day after we dispatch, rather than the day after you ordered.'
