Good Points: Plenty of inputs Gutsy, willing sound Easy to install and enjoy
Bad Points: It can seem brash at volume extremes
General comments: The Pioneer VSX-D812S home cinema amplifier is a cheap and capable performer that runs many designs of yesteryear very close. I use mine in a second system as a processor to decode and power surround speakers. It's childs play to install and configure. It suits my NAD 340 amplifier to the ground. Even after two years it only lacks Pro-Logic 2x against today's models.
