  Good Points: Good interest rate Free gifts - paint your own piggy bank and Membership bonus

  Bad Points: No online banking option Branch only account, so we need to visit the branch every time we need to withdraw

  General comments: We have had very good customer service. We went to a local Britannia branch to open an account. We could open an account in 10 minutes with just £10, and we were offered a nice "paint your own piggy bank", with the passbook updated instantly. Interest rates on the First Saver Children's Saving Account were also good.
