Good Points: nice people to talk to
Bad Points: can't talk to a human straight away
General comments: Alliance & Leicester Telephone Banking is really annoying not to get put through to a human straight away. You have to input account details on key pad and then it takes time to connect, it does not help that it is ALWAYS busy during the day.
