Good Points: Pretty blue color.
Bad Points: Sucky battery + power/AC cord.
General comments: I have had this computer for a while - like, three years - and now I need to buy a new power cord just so I can turn it on. the battery only works for 15 minutes now and the AC adapter and power cord are shot too. This isn't going to be cheap to fix. I suggest that, if you are looking into this computer, make sure you can handle the upkeep. Other than this it is a good computer. It works great, and looks pretty good. I have not had the problem with the paint wearing off but I take really good care of my computer so maybe it was just his computer, like a defect or something. I would recommend this computer to anyone.

Overall the Toshiba Satellite A45-S120 works good, the main complaint is the silver finish on the bottom of the keyboard. After three months it started to show wear and after six month, it looks like an old laptop.
