    Good Points: Since I can't use the service, and can't get through to customer service, I haven't discovered a good point.


    Bad Points: Their automatic system would not accept the number I was dialling, claiming it was invalid. I re-checked the number, and the number I dialled was correct. I called customer service to get help, and got a recording stating that I would have to leave a voice mail and someone would call me back. The voice mail told me that the box was full, and started repeating "error" - it was like a science fiction movie.


    General comments: What kind of company has their customer service number go to a voice mail box so they can call you back later? A bad one! Worse than that, apparently they are getting so many calls the box is full, and they are either:
    a) so over loaded with calls they can't get through them fast enough
    b) don't have enough staff in customer service
    c) worst of all - they aren't bothering to call customers back.
    Customer Service is an integral part of business. Many online companies forget this and fall short.

    Yes, GetPin.com is cheap long distance but the local access numbers do not work in my area for some reason. I thought I was going to get 1.9 cents a minute, but I have no choice but to use the 1-800 number at 2.9 cents. I called for tech support, and the woman said that she would have to have someone call me back and they never did. I e-mailed them also and never heard back.

    I have also noticed that I am having trouble with dropped calls as well, and this is only happening when I use GetPin. ...

    Excellent deal from GetPin.com. Usually 1.8 cents per minute. 2.5 cents to Holland. Very reliable.
    Was using BigZoo before. This is similar but better price and performance.
